Welcome,

This moment is for you,

To pause,

To breathe,

To listen,

To arrive here,

Now,

Just as you are.

Stillness is not the absence of movement,

It's the presence of awareness.

Like the calm beneath the waves,

Or the quiet between heartbeats,

Stillness is where your truth can be heard.

Closing your eyes now,

Breathing in and out through your nose.

Inhale,

Feeling your body expand,

Exhale,

Allowing it to settle.

With every breath,

The mind becomes clear,

The heart becomes open,

And the body remembers how to rest.

Breathing gently,

Allow these words to move with your breath,

Inhale,

I am,

Exhale,

Still,

Inhale,

I am,

Exhale,

Still,

Again,

Inhale,

I am,

Exhale,

Still,

Inhale,

I am,

Exhale,

Still,

Exhale,

Still,

Once more on your own,

And now,

Let the words fade,

Nothing to repeat,

Nothing to hold,

Only your breath,

Only this moment,

Resting here in the stillness,

Noticing your breath again,

The gentle rise and fall,

Noticing your body resting here,

Opening and closing your hands,

Releasing any remaining grasp,

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing stillness with you.

Stillness is your quiet companion,

Always waiting beneath the surface of thought and motion.

As you return to your day,

Remember,

Stillness meets you in every breath,

Every step,

Every moment.

Thank you for taking this time.

May you return again and again,

To your breath,

To your center,

To stillness.
