Welcome to this month's meditation.

Our meditation will focus on building confidence and clarity in self-expression,

Enhancing our ability to share our thoughts and feelings openly.

It centers around the throat chakra,

The energy center that's associated with communication and authentic self-expression.

This meditation helps you connect with your authentic voice and build confidence in expressing yourself.

As with anything,

With regular practice,

It could help you communicate more openly,

Sharing your thoughts and feelings with more ease and confidence.

So I invite you now to come into a comfortable seated position with your back straight.

Allow your hands to rest on your lap and then close your eyes and take a few deep breaths here.

Inhaling deep through your nose and then a slow exhale through the mouth.

With each exhale,

Let go of any tension or distraction,

Allowing yourself to be fully present here in this moment.

Focus your attention on the area around your throat,

Just at the base of your neck.

Imagine a gentle blue light,

Like a soft glow radiating from your throat.

This light represents clarity,

Truth and openness in self-expression.

As you breathe,

Visualize this blue light growing brighter and more vibrant with each inhale,

Filling the area around your throat.

Take a moment to connect with your inner voice,

The part of you that holds your truth,

Your ideas and feelings.

Silently repeat to yourself,

My voice is valuable,

My thoughts and feelings matter.

Allow these words to resonate within you,

Bringing a sense of confidence and openness to express yourself with clarity.

Picture yourself in a situation where you're sharing your thoughts or feelings.

Visualize yourself speaking clearly,

Confidently and authentically.

Imagine that the blue light from your throat radiates outward,

Filling the space with energy and presence.

See yourself connecting with others,

Communicating your feelings and ideas in a way that feels true to who you are.

Take one more deep breath,

Feeling the energy in your throat,

Growing strong,

Clear and open.

Silently set an intention to express yourself with confidence and clarity.

I speak my truth with confidence,
