Welcome.
Thank you for taking this time for yourself.
This meditation is an invitation to quiet the thinking mind and reconnect with your intuitive wisdom.
Many traditions associate this inner knowing with the third eye,
The energy center located between the eyebrows,
Often linked with insight,
Clarity,
And intuition.
Together,
We will gently relax the body before bringing our awareness to this center through the breath.
The color indigo,
And the simple meditation using the words I am and I am not.
Find a comfortable seated position.
Allow your spine to feel comfortable along the way.
Let your shoulders soften.
Rest your hands wherever they feel most natural.
Whenever you are ready,
Gently close your eyes and begin listening to the rhythm of your breath.
Bring your awareness to your breathing.
Take one slow breath into your belly.
Pause comfortably.
And slowly breathe out.
Very good And again.
A gentle breath in.
And slow,
Relaxed breath out.
Allow your breathing to settle into its own natural rhythm.
Notice the coolness of the air as you inhale and the warmth as you exhale.
Feel the support beneath your body.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Your jaw to relax.
Your forehead becoming small.
As your breathing slows,
Your body begins to remember what deep relaxation feels like.
There is nowhere else to be.
Only this breath.
Only this moment.
And perhaps you begin to notice the quiet space between each inhale.
And ejects here.
That's your still point.
A place of calm awareness.
Now,
Gently bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.
This area is often known as the third eye.
Many traditions describe it as a center of intuition,
Inner wisdom,
Clarity,
And insight.
If it feels comfortable,
You may gently touch this point with one or two fingers for a moment.
Simply helping your awareness settle here.
Before allowing your hand to relax once again.
There is nothing you need to force,
Nothing you need to see.
Nothing you need to achieve.
Simply becoming aware of this space.
Perhaps you notice one.
Perhaps a gentle tingling.
Perhaps only stillness.
Whatever you experience is perfectly enough.
Now,
Imagine a soft indigo light beginning to appear at this center.
A gentle,
Peaceful,
Deep indigo light.
With every relaxed breath,
The light becomes little clearer.
A little brighter,
Without effort.
As your awareness rests here.
Your thinking mind gradually becomes quieter.
Creating more space for intuition to rise naturally.
Now allow your breathing to remain slow and comfortable.
As you breathe in,
Silently say to yourself,
I am.
As you breathe out,
Silently say,
I am not.
Nothing more.
Simply allowing the words to follow your breathing.
Breathing in,
I am.
Breathing out.
I am not.
Without trying to understand the words.
Without analyzing them,
Simply observing them.
Perhaps,
With every inhale,
You become more aware of your presence.
And with every exhale you gently release the labels.
The roles,
The stories that no longer need your attention.
I am.
I am not like the gentle movement of the ocean coming and going down.
Remain here for a few minutes.
Allowing the breath,
The indigo light,
And these simple words to carry you into deeper awareness.
As your breathing continues naturally.
Perhaps you begin to notice a quiet sense of knowing.
Not thinking,
Not analyzing,
Simply knowing.
Sometimes intuition doesn't arrive as words.
Perhaps it appears as a feeling.
A gentle sense.
An image or a memory.
Or perhaps only silence.
Remain open.
There is no need to search.
Your inner wisdom speaks quietly.
The quieter the mind becomes,
The easier it often becomes to hear.
Take a few quiet moments here.
Simply observing.
Now.
Imagine standing beneath a beautiful waterfall of clear light.
Devotee assumes warmth.
Comforting and peaceful.
As it gently flows around you,
It washes away mental noise,
Uncertainty,
Tension and emotional heaviness.
Every breath.
Leaves you feeling lighter,
More present,
More open,
More connected to yourself.
Stay here for a few quiet moments,
Feeling refreshed,
Feeling clear.
Feeling deeply at peace.
Feeling regenerated.
Gently begin bringing your awareness back to your body.
Fill this earth with support in you.
Notice the temperature of the room.
Became aware of the sounds around you.
Take one slow,
Refreshing breath in.
Know that this quiet connection with your intuition remains with you through your entire day.
Whenever life feels uncertain,
You can return to your breath.
Return to this still point.
And allow your inner wisdom to guide you.
Perhaps gently move your fingers,
Your hands.
Your feet.
And wherever you feel ready.
Slowly open your eyes.
Thank you.
For taking this time for yourself.
I invite you to enjoy a glass of water and allow yourself a few quiet moments before continuing with your day.
And remember.
The answers you seek are not always found by thinking harder.
Often they rebuild themselves when the mind becomes quiet enough to listen.
Take care of yourself and I look forward to guiding you again in another meditation.
