And begin to take a few deep energising breaths.
Be present,
Arrive in this moment.
Visualise a warm,
Bright,
Healing light surrounding you.
Your crown chakra gently opens and welcomes this light.
Begin to breathe it into your crown.
Feel as it flows in and down,
Gradually filling you up.
From the top of your head,
Down to the tips of your toes.
You begin to softly glow,
Your body and mind awakening.
Feel the soles of your feet tingling gently with this beautiful earth energy.
Waves of soothing,
Radiant light wash over you and through you.
Bringing healing,
Energy,
Clarity and calm as your light continues to radiate.
Feel as each of your chakras,
One by one,
Start to slowly stir,
The energy awakening your awareness to each one.
Starting with your root chakra at the base of your spine,
Trust that the universe will always provide.
You are connected,
Rooted and grounded to the earth.
Forever grateful and supported always.
Next your sacral chakra,
Just below your navel.
Inspiration,
Creativity and joy flow to you and through you.
You are nurtured and nourished emotionally.
Your emotions are balanced and flow freely.
Moving now to your solar plexus chakra.
You are strong,
Powerful and confident.
Motivated,
Ambitious and capable of pursuing your deep soul's purpose.
Believe in yourself.
Your heart chakra.
Your heart is open and in perfect balance.
Love surrounds you,
Giving yourself and others,
Releasing all past pain.
You are worthy of love and deserving of all love that comes your way.
Moving up to your throne chakra.
You express yourself clearly.
Your voice has deep importance and value.
You are a kind listener and communicate honestly,
Confidently and authentically.
Speak your truth with kindness and compassion.
Use your words to uplift and inspire others.
Higher now to your third eye chakra,
Between your eyebrows.
Trust your intuition.
Listen to the whispers of your soul,
