This simple exercise will help you to feel and connect with the energy of the universe. Reiki is a wonderful universal gift that can positively weave into all areas of your life. Take your time. This is a beautiful journey of awakening. Allow it to unfold in the most perfectly divine way. You may not feel much the first time you try this exercise. Be patient and allow the energy to build. Your path is exquisitely unique. There is no need to compare yourself to anyone else. You are exactly where you need to be. And you are wonderful just as you are. Gently place the palms of your hands together and close your eyes. Begin to slow down your breathing. Taking deep breaths in and long slow breaths out. There is nowhere else that you need to be in this moment. With every breath, Feel your body begin to relax and release. Sinking deeper and deeper. Feel the soles of your feet become heavy and weighted. As you root yourself down into the earth below. Now bring your awareness to the space just above your head. To your crown chakra. Feel as this chakra starts to gently awaken. Opening and blooming like the most beautiful flower. Focusing now on the palms of your hands as you continue to breathe. Gently part your hands an inch or so. And become aware of the space you have created. Are you feeling anything within that space? Tingles? Anything at all? Remembering if you're not feeling anything yet, Then that's absolutely okay too. Now part your hands further another few inches. Creating a larger space this time. Are you now feeling anything different? Has anything changed? Are you aware of any sensations? Any colors? Or images? Start to slowly move your hands a little. As if you are holding a ball in that space. Play with that space a little. I want you now to take that ball of energy. And very slowly bring it towards your chest area. Placing it right into the very center of your heart chakra. Giving yourself a beautiful reiki healing. Thank you for joining me today.
