Welcome.
This is a space for you to breathe into the unknown,
To meet uncertainty with steadiness,
And to shift from worry to trust.
As a creative,
As a seeker,
As someone living outside the lines,
There will be days,
Even seasons,
Of not knowing.
It affects us all differently,
But it does affect us.
The wondering when it will happen,
Or if you are on the right path.
What am I even doing?
Maybe I should just go with the flow and do what everyone else is doing.
The safe path,
Quote unquote.
But in this moment,
We come back to presence and we leave those worries behind.
Because presence is always certainty.
The breath is always truth.
And the more we return,
The more we remember.
We are not lost.
We are evolving.
Let's close our eyes.
Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
And feel the breath fill your entire body and hold it.
Now exhale through the mouth.
And let the tension begin to fall away.
And again,
Inhale,
Calm.
Hold.
And exhale slowly.
Let's do it one more time.
Now let's inhale,
Trust.
And hold it.
And exhale fully.
Now let the breath return to a natural rhythm and let the body begin to settle.
There is a sacred mantra used in times of transition,
Fear,
And stuckness.
And I love this mantra.
It honors the energy of Ganesha,
The remover of obstacles,
The guide through beginnings.
This mantra is Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha.
And it means,
I bow to the remover of obstacles.
I align with the energy that clears the path.
This mantra isn't about forcing a way forward.
It's about softening into trust.
It's about letting clarity emerge from stillness.
Now let's bring our awareness to our body.
Let's get in there.
Let's connect with our body.
Beginning with your feet.
Feel your feet rooted,
Heavy,
And safe.
Relax your ankles.
Relax your legs and your hips,
Your entire lower body.
Let it sink into your seat or into the surface you're laying on.
Allow your belly to soften.
Perhaps put a hand on your belly to feel it rise and settle back in as you're breathing.
Let your back unwind.
Let your breath deepen gently.
And each time you take a breath,
Allow the body to release any tension and to relax even deeper.
Soften your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands.
Allow your jaw to relax.
Let your tongue drop from the roof of your mouth.
Part your lips a little bit to allow the entire mouth and jaw to relax.
Let your eyes become soft.
And let your whole being feel present,
Held here.
Now bring awareness to the place where you are.
The place inside of you that has been clinging to answers.
The one that keeps coming back.
The part of you that's craving some sort of certainty.
Wanting the plan.
Wanting it to make sense.
Wanting some guarantees and some answers.
And now let it breathe.
Let all of those parts,
Or that specific part,
Breathe.
And let it rest.
Give to it what it needs.
Rest.
You don't need all the answers right now.
All you need is this breath.
And all you need is this moment right now.
And you know what you seek is already unfolding.
You give of your talents.
You give of your being.
You give of your energy.
You give of your creativity.
You have planted the seed.
Everything is unfolding for you.
It just asks you to soften a bit.
To not grip.
To not grasp.
Just soften and trust.
Now let's begin to repeat the mantra softly in your mind.
OM GAM GANAPATAYE NAMAHA OM GAM GANAPATAYE NAMAHA OM GAM GANAPATAYE NAMAHA Let the words melt into your breath.
And let them anchor you deeper into trust.
Repeat silently.
Oh,
The words may get distorted.
You might forget.
And that's okay.
Just keep returning to the mantra.
There might be sounds in your environment that distracts you.
But each moment when that happens,
Just gently drift back to the mantra.
GAM GANAPATAYE NAMAHA Let it echo through you one more time.
OM GANAPATAYE NAMAHA Let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And let it go.
Allow your breath to breathe freely.
To breathe you.
And just follow.
We let go of the mantra.
Let this truth rise in you.
Even in uncertainty,
I am safe.
Even in the unknown,
I am guided.
I trust what I cannot yet see.
My seeds are planted.
I am here for a reason.
My gift to this world is what I'm creating from.
My gift has come to me through inspiration.
And I am here to do something with that.
I trust myself.
I trust my gift.
My seed has planted.
This path does not require perfect steps.
It only asks for presence,
Some endurance,
And your love for creativity and your bravery for listening to it and following it.
And you're already doing that.
We'll close now with the sacred vibration of Aum,
A sound that honors beginnings,
Unfoldings,
And stillness.
Before we chant,
Let's remember.
Aum is the primordial sound of creation,
Described in ancient Vedic texts.
It contains three parts.
A,
The beginning.
Creation.
And awakening.
U,
The unfolding.
Preservation.
Life in motion.
And M,
The completion,
Transformation,
And rest.
The silence that follows Aum represents pure awareness.
The space of infinite potential and peace.
Let's inhale deeply for Aum.
Let the vibration ripple through you.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Welcome back.
You are steady.
You are centered.
You are living your purpose.
And as always,
Keep showing up.
Everything else flows from there.
