Welcome.
This is a moment to breathe and to trust.
To soften the fear,
The worries that arises when security feels uncertain.
When the future feels far away.
When your worth starts getting measured in numbers and outcomes.
You are not your bank account.
You are not your booking rate.
You are not your dry season.
You are creativity.
You are value.
You are energy.
And today,
We return to that truth.
Place one hand on your belly and one on your heart,
And close your eyes.
Let's inhale slowly through your nose.
Feel the breath rise.
Home.
And exhale gently through your mouth.
And allow tension to fall.
Let's do that again.
Inhale.
.
.
Abundance,
Plenty.
A lot.
Hold it.
And exhale worry.
Let it go fully.
Let's do that one more time.
Let's inhale trust.
Let's hold it.
Feel it,
And exhale fully.
Allow your breath to settle.
And let your body begin to soften.
In the Vedic tradition,
There is a powerful force known as Lakshmi.
She's the goddess of abundance,
Beauty,
And flow.
Lakshmi does not demand effort.
She responds to alignment.
She brings blessings not just of wealth,
But of inner richness.
The seed,
Or the mantra,
That invokes her energy is Shreem.
Shreem is the sound of prosperity.
It vibrates most strongly in the sacral chakra and in the heart space,
The energetic centers associated with creativity.
Receptivity and self-worth.
When you repeat the mantra SHREEM.
You may feel warm.
And you may feel a slight pulsing sensation right below the navel.
Or a gentle opening across the chest.
If it feels right,
Place one hand over your heart and one right below your navel.
And let these two centers connect.
The place where you receive and the place where you create.
You don't have to chase abundance.
You just have to open to it.
This may sound cliche,
And we've all been there.
Trying to receive something by not chasing it.
And sometimes it can feel contradicting.
But I always come back to the same place.
And that place is stillness,
The place where the seed is allowed to grow.
The place where you are right now in stillness.
And each time.
I practiced this enough.
Things change in my life.
And you just have to be open to it.
And you just have to remember who you are.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Allow the breath to move through you.
Start with your feet.
Soften them.
Feel them support it.
Relax your ankles,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs.
Allow the legs to feel so heavy.
Soft in your hips,
Soft in your belly.
Your lower back.
Let it all go.
Let it all release.
Relax your chest,
Shoulders.
Your arms and your hands.
Let it go.
Feel the surface you're sitting on or lying on.
Meet your relaxed body and hold it gently.
Comfortably.
Comforting and safely.
Relax your jaw,
Your eyes,
Your brow.
Let your entire body rest in stillness,
In peace.
And let your nervous system feel safe.
There is nothing to solve in this moment.
Only something to remember.
You are already enough.
You're already doing enough.
You are already valuable.
You are already worthy.
You are already a match.
To that which you desire.
Begin now to repeat the mantra silently.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in for Shreem.
SHREEM SHREEM Continue to repeat the mantra silently.
And let the sound vibrate gently through your body.
Let it settle into your heart and expand through your belly.
Repeat silently now.
Thanks for watching!
SHREEM Let it echo in you and dissolve.
Now let this truth rise.
You are supported.
I am supported.
I receive with grace.
Money comes to me in increasing quantities through multiple sources on a continuous basis.
That is one of my favorite mantras.
That I use.
One eye.
Lack trust.
And it always works.
You are not waiting to be chosen.
You are not in lack.
You are already connected to a flow that wants to carry you.
What you seek is seeking you,
As Rumi says.
Let yourself.
Open.
To that now.
Let yourself believe.
And trust.
Let's seal this practice with the sacred sound of Aum.
A for the beginning.
U for the unfolding,
And M.
For the return to stillness.
Let's inhale deeply,
Four om.
Uhhhhhh.
.
.
Let the vibration root into your body.
And when you're ready.
.
.
Open your eyes.
Welcome back.
May your day be filled with ease,
Grace,
And clarity.
And thank you for showing up.
That's all it takes.
Everything else flows from there.
