Heart Chakra Reiki Meditation

Welcome to the Heart Chakra Meditation.

This meditation is an extension of the Heart Chakra Prayer.

Find a comfortable place to lie down or sit down for this meditation.

In a moment,

We will begin with the prayer.

You will be given a centering thought and once the prayer ends,

There will be time for the meditation and then you will know the meditation ends when you hear the soft sound of a tuner bell.

As you find your comfortable spot lying down or sitting down,

When you are ready,

Begin to close your eyes.

Just become aware of the surroundings you are in.

Start to become aware of your body and as you become aware of your body,

Start to notice your breath and focus in on your breath.

The centering thought for the Heart Chakra Meditation is,

I love myself.

I love myself.

I love myself.

If you notice your mind wander,

Just remember and come back to this centering thought,

I love myself.

From the spirit,

Higher source of my being,

I now give myself permission to love myself just the way I am,

To see that I am worthy,

That I deserve to be on this planet and to be loved.

And I also give myself permission to invite into my life successful,

Prosperous,

Loving,

Spiritual people who will support me in everything I do and love me just the way I am.

So be it.

And so it is.
