Welcome to the Forest of Abundance Meditation.

Find a comfortable space to lie down or sit down for this meditation.

Once you're in the position that feels best for you to meditate,

I invite you to gently start to close your eyes and just take a few deep breaths.

Go in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.

We'll do two more of those and as you breathe in through the nose,

Just start to hold larger space inside of you and when you breathe out through your mouth,

If you need to make a noise,

Just breathe out anything that you need to let go of.

Take one more of these when you're ready and after you breathe out,

Just start to settle in to your position a little bit further and a little bit deeper and just start to notice your breath just happening on its own.

Just watch it,

Notice it as it goes in,

As it goes out.

Maybe notice the space between your breath and if your mind is working,

Just notice it.

Nothing you need to do with it or change from it,

Just notice the mind.

Start to notice your body,

Notice your face,

Maybe they're tight,

Maybe they're starting to soften,

Notice your throat,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your solar plexus,

Your upper belly.

Imagine yourself in a forest,

Imagine yourself starting to walk around,

You look around you,

You notice all the foliage,

The vibrance of the forest,

Life throughout the forest.

Start to walk around a little bit more with some curiosity,

Notice the sensations of this forest,

Does it feel frightening or safe and comfortable,

Full of life?

Start to notice the sensation in this forest that perhaps anything is possible here.

You can communicate with this forest,

You can let go and leave something here and the forest can transmute it,

Maybe there's something you're seeking that the forest has for you.

As you walk around,

You start to notice that the forest is constantly moving with you,

It's always conspiring to support you in your highest needs,

Your highest calling.

You stumble over a soft leafy branch and the forest moves around and shifts and catches you,

You start to play with this,

You run,

You jump in the air and the forest moves and it forms a hammock and catches you on your back.

You rock in this hammock,

In this forest and you continue to explore and play in this forest.

This is the forest of abundance,

Be with the forest until the music concludes.

Start to come back to your body,

Maybe say thank you to the forest of abundance,

Maybe take a snapshot of the forest of abundance knowing you can come back to this space anytime you want.

Start to notice your body a little bit more,

Maybe notice your feet,

Your legs,

Torso,

Your arms,

Your head.

Start to slowly open your eyes until you find yourself back in your room.
