Make yourself comfortable.
And we'll begin.
Close your eyes and allow your attention to turn inward.
Bring your attention to the breath.
Feel the body beginning to relax with each progressive exhalation.
Let's take a deep breath in together and chant the sound of Aum.
Aum Allow the vibrational impact of the sound to bring outwardly focused attention inward.
Now allow yourself to receive the following intention as I repeat it.
Let your whole body listen to what I say.
I am living my purpose.
Place the arms on the floor above your head.
Inhale,
Stretching the arms and legs in opposite directions.
Stretch.
Stretch.
And release.
Rest the arms above your head.
Again,
Inhale.
Stretch.
Stretch.
Stretch.
And release.
Last time.
Stretch.
Stretch.
Stretch.
Now let go completely.
Allow the arms to come to the sides.
Take one last breath in.
Release the tension in your belly with the outgoing breath.
Feel a blanket of heaviness washing over the face,
The arms,
The weight of the spine.
The legs.
The whole body.
I will guide you in the next phase to enter into deeper and subtler levels of relaxation through the bumblebee sound and breath.
Use your thumbs to gently close your ears,
Just tightly enough so that you can still hear me.
Rest the remaining fingers on either side of the forehead.
In a moment we will take a deep breath in and with closed lips we will begin to hum the sound of the bumblebee.
Change the pitch of the buzzing sound to maximize the vibratory sensation felt in your skull.
Now take a breath in,
And follow me.
Hmmmm.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Now stop.
Bring your arms by your sides.
Cover your arms and be still.
Bring your total undivided attention to your whole body.
Feel the stimulating impact of the vibrations extending throughout your whole body.
Notice how your attention feeds your energy.
Observe your energy field expand and grow.
Extending everywhere and filling every nerve and cell of your body.
Now bring your attention to the eyebrow center.
And empty your mind into the flood of energy.
Let it melt and merge into the experience of the energy body,
Expanding beyond all boundaries.
Drop into complete silence and deep stillness.
Feel yourself descending down into the stillness beneath the mind.
Enter the deepest state of letting go,
Right now.
Feel a deep sense of stillness expanding.
Everywhere.
Maintaining this inner stillness.
Gently cover yourself.
And if you wish,
Place an eye pillow over your eyes.
As we enter this next phase of Yoga Nidra.
Remain as motionless as possible.
If you need to move or make an adjustment.
Do so mindfully.
And return to stillness as soon as you are able.
Resolve to remain awake,
Staying in touch with the sound of my voice.
Allow your entire body to respond to my words directly and non-mentally.
Allow any disturbances,
External or internal.
To draw you more deeply within.
In yoga nidra,
You enter the subconscious pranic field.
Let your mind merge and melt into the energy body and go beyond the boundaries of body and mind.
Now shift from thinking and doing to feeling and being.
Do absolutely nothing from now on.
Simply relax.
Drop into the deepest state of tranquility,
Stillness,
And peace in the third eye.
Now your consciousness is in direct communion with your energy body.
Now bring your breath into awareness.
Follow and feel the entire passage of breath as it moves in.
This time,
Inhale through the nose and fill the lungs naturally.
And as you exhale,
Gently contract the back of the throat,
Creating an ocean sound.
Inhaling normally.
Exhaling with ocean sound.
Slowing the passage of breath.
No strain or struggle.
Absorbed in the sound and sensation of the exhaling breath.
This time as you inhale.
Pause for a moment at the top of the inhalation.
Before exhaling with Ujjayi breath.
Again,
Inhale fully.
Pause at the top of the inhalation.
Exhale with the ocean sound.
Now on the next breath,
Allow the breath to naturally pause at the top of the inhalation and at the bottom of the exhalation.
Inhaling fully,
Pause at the top.
Exhale and allow the breath to gradually terminate at the bottom.
Now allow attention to be drawn in with the breath up to the third eye.
And as you exhale,
Allow attention to softly rest at the third eye.
Continue on your own,
Undivided attention on the third eye.
As you become more relaxed,
The breath naturally becomes soft,
Shallow.
Now breathe normally.
Let go into the third eye.
Melt and merge into the field of silence.
Dissolve like a drop into the ocean of oneness.
Experience silence extending everywhere.
Enter an effortless state of being.
Allow yourself to respond directly and non-mentally as we move our attention through different parts of the body.
Allow your attention to move without effort or strain,
Optimizing the flow and release of energy blockages.
Brow Center,
The third eye.
Pit the throat.
Right shoulder.
Elbow.
Wrist.
Index finger.
Middle finger.
Ring finger.
And little finger.
Wrist,
Elbow,
Shoulder.
Pit of the throat.
Left shoulder.
Elbow.
Thumb.
Index finger.
Middle finger.
Ring finger.
And little finger.
Wrist.

Naval Point.

Now gather all of your attention at the brow center.
Observe the vast stillness and silence.
Resting in this vastness,
Allow whatever comes into your field of awareness to be present without comment or judgment.
Witness it as it floats by like clouds in the sky.
Now feel as if you were a seed.
Planted in the soil.
It is dark,
Moist and cool.
You know you are here to experience the sun.
You can feel its warmth and energy penetrating through the soil.
Showing you which direction to go.
You send out a tiny shoot,
Breaking the surface of the ground above.
At the same time sending roots down,
Deep into the earth,
For support and nourishment.
Feel yourself growing upward towards the light of the sun.
Higher.
And higher.
Bursting forth into your full expression as a tree.
See the tree that you are.
You don't need to compare yourself with other trees.
For you are incomparably unique as you are.
You are you.
Standing fully,
Now,
In yourself.
As you are.
Feel yourself expressing your full potential as a tree.
Alive,
Vibrant.
Full of life-giving energy.
The light that made you emanates from within you.
The more you embrace the tree that you are.
The more that light shines through you.
Give yourself the permission to enter into the deepest level of relaxation right now.
Let go.
Nothing to do or achieve.
Dissolve and disappear into stillness.
Open,
Empty of all doing,
All past.
Our future.
Merge into this space and be empty.
Sensations,
Thoughts,
Images,
Floating by like clouds on a clear blue sky.
Letting it all gather and dissipate.
Come and go.
Be the space in which it is all happening.
Now allow yourself to receive the following intention as I repeat it.
Feel every cell of your body receiving these words.
I am leaving my purpose.
I am living my pursuit.
I am living my purpose.
Allow this intention to go to the deepest levels of recognition with no hesitation.
Know that your Higher Self recognizes,
Honors,
And accepts your intention.
Have faith and trust that it has been heard and is being acted upon by a higher power of the Source within you.
There is no need for you to do anything about it.
Bring your attention back to the center between the eyebrows.
And feel all the energies of your body from all meridians activated,
Purified,
And balanced.
All channels are open and the life force is flowing freely,
Healing the body and calming the mind.
Open your heart and feel content.
Just experience.
Allow your entire self to respond spontaneously and effortlessly to what I say.
I am liberated from all becoming.
And live in the power of being that I am.
I experience infinite potential.
Unfolding from within me.
At this time,
Feel the presence of any guides,
Mentors,
Teachers,
Or family members you feel connected to.
You may sense this as a universal force or energy surrounding you,
Guiding you.
Know that this presence surrounds you,
Always.
You can draw on this presence at any time.
If there is any guidance to be received at this time,
Either as a felt sense,
Words,
Or images.
Allow yourself to receive it now.
Otherwise,
Simply rest back in the grace and protection of Presence.
Now begin to become aware of the rising and falling of the breath.
Slowly,
Feel yourself beginning to rise to this surface of awareness.
Sense the body resting on the floor,
The quality of the air as it touches the skin.
Gradually you can move as if you are waking from a restful sleep.
Bend your knees and pull them closer to your chest.
Rock sideways gently.
Take your time.
Do not hurry.
Then just turn onto your right side and curl into a fetal position.
Feel the safety,
Comfort and protection of the womb of existence.
Bring your intention into your awareness again.
I am living my purpose.
Every time you find yourself in reaction.
You are empowered to replace it with your intention.
Now you can gradually move and begin to sit up with your eyes closed.
Continue to stay deep in this deep inner experience.
Regardless of what you consciously recognize that has or has not changed,
Know that something deep within has shifted.
Now you may gradually open your eyes.
