When a partner leaves, the pain often goes beyond the heartbreak—it attacks our sense of self-worth. We begin to question if we were enough, forgetting that our value is inherent and independent of anyone else’s choices. This meditation is designed to help you detach from the pain of rejection and reclaim your inner stability. I have chosen "The rawness of rite" from my Ritual Rebirth collection to support this work. It reflects the unfiltered reality of letting go and the power found in returning to your own path after a significant loss. In this meditation, we work to: Reconnect with your ancestral lineage to feel supported and worthy. Honor the past while consciously releasing the person who left. Reclaim your worth, which remains unchanged regardless of any external departure. You do not need to prove your value to be loved. By returning to your center, you open your heart to a future defined by your own choices rather than the absence of others.
