Good morning.

It's me,

Leon,

And I'm here to wake you up.

I'm going to be nice and let you keep your eyes closed for a little longer,

But make sure you're focusing on me in order to not fall back asleep.

Take a couple of deep breaths in through your nose,

Let the air out through your mouth.

On your last breath out,

Open your eyes.

Hello there.

Welcome to the world of the living.

Can you hear the birds?

They're awake too,

Waiting for the world to wake up.

They've been waiting for you too.

Now,

Go and sit up and stretch your entire body out.

Try to reach the sky with your hands.

Yawn and stretch your legs out too.

Stretch your torso and your neck.

Stretch everything you can.

Good.

Now,

Let's do some affirmations to set our intent for today.

I am going to have a beautiful day today.

My body feels good and comfortable.

I feel content with everything that I have.

I feel well rested and ready to begin my day.

Let's repeat this a couple of times.

Switch to the right leg and repeat.

Now,

Get back to standing on both legs.

Shake out your shoulders,

Your back and your torso.

Now,

Just loosen everything up and get it awake.

Down a little.

Just hop on the spot.

And that's the finale.

Just shake everything out as hard as you can.

Just shake it harder and harder.

Just get everything out.

Get everything awake.
