A guided meditation for miraculous release of physical ailments.
Many people realize there is a connection between what we think and how we feel.
Recognizing this,
We see there is a way to influence our body positively and consciously by intending that we enter into a greater sense of ease,
Well-being,
And healing whenever we feel ill or imbalanced.
It's easiest to affect our physical body positively with our mind when we are in a relaxed and receptive state.
Every time we get still and access a quiet,
Meditative state,
There is an open communication between the mind and body,
And as a result,
The cells,
Organs,
And systems throughout the body can experience a healing response.
That is the intention for this guided meditation,
To influence the body positively so you can feel not only a greater sense of ease,
Well-being,
And connectivity mentally and emotionally,
But physically as well.
Let's begin.
Allow yourself to get into a very comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
Whichever you feel is better for you.
It's imperative that you feel entirely comfortable and supported by your surroundings now.
Be sure the space you are in is free of all distractions and as quiet and peaceful as possible.
As you relax into the space you are in,
Begin to become aware of your breath.
Just notice your breath.
Do not change the pattern of your breath.
Instead just notice it and how your breathing affects your body.
As you breathe this way consciously,
Notice that your breath is key to your well-being.
You came into this life with your first breath,
And you'll leave with your last.
It is the spirit of you that animates you and supports your physical life here on earth.
So just notice and appreciate your next few breaths now.
Breathe them fully,
Taking each breath now with more awareness.
Now allow your next inhalation to become longer.
Take a deep,
Full inhale and a slow,
Long,
Full exhale.
Really receive and relish this next breath.
Let your next inhale touch all parts of your body.
And with the next exhale,
Just let go,
Let go,
Let go.
Feel your entire body relax.
If you haven't already closed your eyes,
You can gently close them now.
Feel your ribs and belly rise as you breathe.
Nice,
Big,
Deep,
Receptive breaths.
Inhaling fully,
And then slowly,
Slowly,
Slowly exhale.
Savor the heaviness in your limbs as they relax and you give into gravity for a time.
Soften your body,
Beginning with your extremities.
Just let your feet,
Ankles,
Calves,
Knees,
Thighs,
And buttocks relax.
More and more relaxed with each and every breath.
Now your hands,
Wrists,
Forearms,
Elbows,
Upper arms,
And shoulders.
Let them fall limp as gravity takes them and you let go,
Let go,
Let go.
Release any tension in your shoulders,
Your neck,
The back of your head,
Your jaw and temples,
Your forehead,
And the top of your head.
Now the sides of your head.
Relax your face.
Breathe your next breath into your face.
And on the exhale,
Just let go,
Let go,
Let go.
Relaxing your neck,
Your head,
Your entire scalp,
Your ears,
And your face entirely.
Feel gravity take your entire head and face as you relax even further.
Your forearms,
Your eyes,
Cheeks,
Mouth.
Now feel your entire torso relax as you breathe the next breath,
Deep,
Deep,
Deeply,
All the way down to your hips.
With your next breath,
Feel your chest rise as you fill it with your breath entirely.
See your breath as healing spirit as it flows through you.
Feel your breath's capacity to relax and replenish you now.
With each deep breath,
You feel more centered,
Nourished,
And you can begin to feel the healing of your body.
With each breath,
You feel a new capacity to open to greater health and well-being.
Now feel your belly relax as you take in the next full,
Deep breath.
You soften your belly now as you fill your belly with healing breath.
Wide,
Wide,
Wide,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep breaths.
Soft,
Soft,
Soft.
Your entire torso feels relaxed now,
And you let gravity take your torso.
All of your major organs feel relaxed now,
And are working harmoniously with ease and perfect order.
Now feel your entire body melting like warm,
Melting butter onto the space that you're in.
So deeply relaxed.
So open to receive each breath fully.
Now notice as your body dissolves into total relaxation,
If there is any part of your body that is still tight or tense in any way.
Any part of your body that is holding on to pain or pressure,
Or that is resisting complete relaxation in any way.
Just love it now.
Embrace it fully,
Just as it is.
And allow yourself to relax even more as you hold this part or parts of your body in your awareness with love.
Let go of all resistance now,
All judgment now.
And just relax into love's presence.
Holding this part of your body in loving light and awareness now.
Just breathe love and light into this part of your body.

Deep,
Slow and deliberate breaths of spirit-infused healing light.
Do this for a few moments now.
Just breathe.
Just relax.
Just be.
You are now embracing yourself fully.
This is time to notice what burdens,
Mental,
Emotional or physical you may be unconsciously carrying with you.
Just observe and notice them without any judgment whatsoever.
So you can let them all gently go.
Let them go.

Now let your mind relax,
Letting any thoughts,
Worries or expectations melt away as you dissolve into total relaxation.
Direct your attention inwardly now.
Notice that your inner world creates your outer world.
Your inner world is now aligned with your greater self as you allow your mind to let go of all thoughts of pain and illness of any and all kinds.
Your mind is relaxed.
Your emotions are peaceful.
And your mind is becoming more and more still and open and receptive to healing.
You are now abiding in a state of grace wherein miracles are becoming more and more accessible to you now.
Feel the healing miraculous energy of life flow through your body now.
You are deserving of healing love and light right now.
Just relax and receive now.
Inhale the knowing that you deserve miracles now.
With every breath you are more and more receptive to miraculous healing.
Each breath you take clears the pain,
Tension and illness from your body and replaces it with loving,
Healing light.
Say to yourself inwardly,
I am receptive.

I am blessed.
I am healed.
I am whole.
I am held in divine love and light in a new and renewed state of being.

Joy filled and at one with the healing love and light that I am.
Now focus on bringing comfort and healing to the part or parts of your body that has been ailing you most.
Gently bring your awareness to whatever part of you that needs relief and can use love the most.
As you watch this part of your body,
Breathe light and love into this space.
Just relax your vision here now and see a small spark of light within this space.
Now as you breathe deeply,
You expand that light with each breath.
Until you feel this space is entirely full of light.
Warm,
Embracing,
Healing light.
And now as you objectively observe this healing taking place,
See yourself as separate from your body.
Observing objectively and sending love towards yourself.
Unconditional healing love.
See your cells responding joyfully and gratefully to your light and love.
Lavish yourself with love.
Every bit of attention you give them increases the luminosity of your cells.
They are gently pulsing now with healing light.
Each breath you take brings relaxation and the total dissolution of pain and sickness of any and all kinds.
Now just enjoy the peace and wholeness happening within your body.
Now you are awakening from the dream of separation to the realization of who you truly are as complete,
Divine love.
Complete in every way.

Spirit as one.
You are not and have never been a limited self.
All pain is a call home to remember who you truly are.
A divine being.
Complete with capacity to love yourself back to wholeness,
Fullness and perfect health.
