Take a moment here to pause your day.
Close the eyes,
Find a tall spine.
Give yourself permission to sink into the space of you.
With a soft gaze in front of you or the eyes closed,
Connect with not this outer screen of the phone or computer,
Television,
IPad.
Rest in this space of your inner technology and see all its moving parts,
This inner network that is capable of showing you the wisdom,
The guidance that you need.
Many of the time we look at Google for the answers and sometimes they're there.
But sometimes it can leave us overstimulated with information that our brains are not available to process.
So step back and into you.
Whatever you feel blurred on or need clarity with,
Ask yourself this deeper question.
And then allow for a moment of pause.
Review this question in your head and then drop back even more into this place of consciousness,
Of awareness.
What comes?
Sit in this space of stillness for as long as you need.
Taking deep breaths and slowing down the mind so you can see with clear vision and trust this inner knowing.
Come out of the meditation slowly and gently,
Allowing yourself to move the body,
Feel your own energy and connect back with the outer world,
With the screens around you,
With more clarity,
Direction and focus.
