So close your eyes,

Take a nice deep breath and allow yourself to get into very rhythmic breathing where you breathe in with a longer exhale and allow your breath to go from one to the next very continuous good and another one Now I'd like you to focus on thinking about the people in your life that you appreciate and allow yourself to tap into that feeling of deep profound appreciation for the people in your life that you have that feeling for You can expand it out to think about the experiences,

The situations that you appreciate and expand it a little bit more to think about the things about yourself that you appreciate and then appreciate yourself a little bit deeper for the courage that you hold the strength that you have the heart the love and compassion that you hold Good.

Now repeat after me.

I open my heart to receive I open my heart to share I open my heart to love and be loved I open my heart to the light love and wisdom within me I open my heart to be loved Good.

Now I'm taking another nice deep breath and turn all of this in and you can open your eyes
