This is Lauren Nicole.

Meeting your higher self.

A guided meditation.

Begin by finding a comfortable seat or lying down somewhere you can truly let go.

Allow your hands to rest gently,

Your shoulders to soften,

And your eyes to close.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale fully.

One more time.

Breathe in peace and breathe out any tension you might be holding on to.

Allow yourself to settle into this moment.

In your mind's eye,

Imagine yourself sitting on a beautiful wooden bench nestled out in nature.

The air around you is soft and warm,

Just the right temperature.

A gentle breeze brushes your skin.

The sun peeks through the trees,

Casting a dappled golden light on the earth beneath you.

You hear the soothing sounds of birds chirping and leaves rustling in the wind.

Take a moment to feel into the peace of this place.

Let it slow your mind,

Relax your body.

As you sit here,

Allow yourself to call in the energy of your higher self,

The wisest,

Most loving version of you.

If there's a question on your heart,

You may gently place it into your awareness now.

You don't need to search for an answer yet.

Just bring the question forward with love and curiosity.

As you breathe and listen,

You notice something ahead of you,

A breathtaking gate framed by blooming flowers.

The petals are vibrant,

Almost otherworldly,

And they seem to shimmer in the sunlight.

The design of the gate is intricate,

Ancient,

Sacred.

It feels familiar,

Welcoming.

You rise slowly from the bench and walk toward the gate.

With each step,

Your heart softens further,

And your sense of presence deepens.

As you pass through the gate,

You are enveloped in beauty.

To your right,

A gentle stream flows,

Its water crystal clear and sparkling.

To your left,

Enchanting woods hum with life.

Ahead of you,

A lush garden unfolds,

Vibrant,

Magical,

Alive.

A path winds through the garden,

And you begin to follow it.

With every step on the path,

You feel more connected,

More whole.

You stop now and then to breathe in the fragrances of the blooming flowers,

To admire a butterfly passing by,

And to feel the warmth of the sun on your face.

There is no rush here.

Eventually,

The path leads you to a beautiful old tree with wide sheltering branches.

Beneath it lies a soft blanket laid gently on the grass.

On the blanket sits a small wooden chest,

Glowing ever so slightly,

With your name etched into the lid.

You know this is a gift from your higher self.

You kneel beside it and place your hands on top.

Take a nice deep breath.

Ready,

Open the box.

What you find inside is exactly what your heart needs in this moment.

Maybe it's an object,

A word,

A feeling,

A symbol.

Whatever it is,

You know it was meant for you.

You may choose to keep this gift with you,

Holding it close as you continue your journey,

Or you may gently place it back into the box,

Knowing it will be here whenever you return.

You stand slowly,

Giving thanks for the gift and for this sacred meeting.

You begin walking back down the path.

The garden seems to glow a little brighter now.

You offer a quiet thank you to the stream,

The trees,

The flowers,

And to your higher self for their wisdom and love.

You walk back through the gate,

Pausing one last time to take it all in.

And then you return to the bench where you began,

The breeze still soft,

The sun still warm.

You feel more connected,

More clear,

More you.

Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly.

You can carry this feeling,

This wisdom,

With you throughout the rest of your day.

And when you feel ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Bringing awareness back into your body.

Roll your shoulders and stretch your arms overhead if you need to.

And when you're ready,

In your own time,

Open your eyes.
