The North Wind and the Sun.

The North Wind and the Sun were disputing who was the strongest.

When a traveler came along wrapped in a warm cloak,

They agreed that the first one who succeeded in making this traveler take his cloak off would be considered stronger than the other.

The North Wind then blew as hard as he possibly could,

But the more he blew,

The more the traveler just wrapped the cloak around him tightly.

In the end,

The North Wind gave up.

The Sun saw this and came out and shone as warmly as he possibly could,

By which the traveler immediately took off the cloak.

And so the North Wind was obliged to confess that the Sun was the stronger of the two.
