You can bring your hands to your heart space,
Resting them gently on your chest.
Take a deep breath in,
And release.

Really focus on the breath swirling into the heart space.
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
Keeping your hands on your heart,
Tune in to the physicality of your heart.
Your heart is beating,
Your heart is taking up space inside your body.
Feel the space around your heart,
Even if it feels tender.
Take another deep breath in here,
And release.
Imagine a beautiful green light in the center of your chest,
Pulsing with your heartbeat.
Your heart sending oxygen and blood to all the corners of your body.
Your heart is the central channel from which you live,
And make decisions.
Relaxing into the heart space,
Imagine that green light becoming a little clearer,
And in your mind's eye,
Picture that green light materializing into a garden.
Your garden may have a gate or walls.
Your garden may be wild.
Your garden may be curated with paths.
Your garden may have stones or plants,
Statues,
Fountains.
However your garden looks is perfect.
This is the garden of your heart.
Take notice of what plants are here.
Take notice of the landscape in which your garden is placed.
Take notice of the weather on this day in your garden.
In your mind's eye,
Begin to walk through your garden,
Noticing any spirit beings,
Any animals,
Plants or insects,
And find yourself walking to the center of your garden.
Breathing in and smelling the fresh air,
And breathing out,
Melding into this place.
This is the garden of your heart where you are safe.
No one else can access this space,
Not without your permission.
In the center of your garden,
With your hands on your heart,
Ask directly to your heart the question that's been on it.
Only you know what this question is.
If there's a decision you're needing to make,
Ask your wise heart to guide you,
And then listen.
If there are any follow-up questions that come up,
Tune into your heart and ask.
When you've heard the answer that your heart has for you,
Offer thanks to your heart.
Offer peace to your heart by breathing in and breathing out.
Feeling your chest rise.
Feeling your heart respond to the careful attention you've just given it.
