Story time,
A little journey.
Towards the magical land of dreams and sleep.
As we are coming to the end of a day.
Just like all the animals.
It's time to slow down.
And prepare for.
Beautiful.
Delicious rest.
That's waiting for us at the end of a very busy day.
And just like a rabbit who has been busy hopping around,
Jumping from one place to another.
And who might feel his body starting to get a little bit tired.
With his mind.
Full of stories and adventures.
Even that little bunny is now ready to hop into his rabbit hole.
Having had a little bath in the pond.
He's ready to jump in,
Huddle up,
And rest.
And so do you.
So make yourself really cozy.
Getting your Soft blanket over you,
Covering yourself all the way up to your nose.
And just like the bunny whose fur is still a little bit dumb from that.
Nighttime shower.
You might yourself give yourself a little squeeze,
Squeezing everything,
Squeezing your hands,
Your feet.
Your little face.
Making yourself into tight,
Tiny little balls.
And then releasing everything out.
Taking all the space you would like to.
Knowing that you can take all the space with your body.
That your bed is the safe space.
Where you can.
Lie down exactly as it feels good to you.
And just like this little bunny who has long ears.
You might open your own ears nice and wide.
Allowing for all these sounds.
To come on in.
The sounds within your own room.
The sounds outside.
Sound of my voice.
Any sounds even the sounds within you Any little stories that might be still going on in your head?
All of these sounds are welcome and they are helping you.
To gently float into sleep.
And as your ears are open.
Maybe,
Just maybe.
Your eyes feeling a little bit heavier.
Perhaps they will start closing down.
If you feel like.
Who would like to come onto this journey.
With your eyes closed.
Knowing that you can always close them whenever you feel like.
Your eyelids are ready.
To close down.
And just like this bunny in his little bunny hole who has some candles around him.
Candles to create a bit of light as Darkness spreads around us.
The sun has set.
The only source of light for us now are the stars,
The moon.
And these couple of candles.
And the bunny now feels ready to blow out the candles.
And welcome the velvety darkness of the night.
You might want to help the bunny by blowing down these candles.
Take a nice,
Slow inhale through your nose,
Filling up your belly and your chest.
And then slowly as you can,
As if the candles were far away from you,
You gently blow them one by one.
Taking another inhale,
Preparing to blow down another candle.
And blowing it nice and long because it's far away.
And the final candle is pretty far away from the bunny's bed.
So you might need to make the air travel far away inhale Hmm.
The candles have blown down by Do Not Worry.
We still have a bit of light from the stars and the moon above.
And as you're lying here nice and cozy.
You might notice that there is still a little bit of wetness.
From the shower,
A little bit of memory from the day that might be feeling a little bit stuck to your little bunny fur.
So to shake it off,
We're gonna make a little bit of humming sounds.
Allowing for this humming to shake through the.
.
.
Fur through your hair,
Through your skin,
Letting all of it simply wash off.
Let's make a little bit of hum.
Mmmmmmm.
Humming so that the forest around you can hear you.
Humming together with the sound of the trees of the wind.
You humming together with the bees that are also getting ready to sleep.

Now finally,
This bunny feels really ready.
Ready to be cosy.
And Bunny,
Through his closed eyes,
Looks up towards the sky.
And notices that above him,
On the midnight blue sky.
There are little stars.
One star after another,
Popping up.
In the same way There are stars appearing.
On the body.
Of your own body.
There is a little star.
On the very top of your head.
And other stars in between your eyebrows.
There are two stars,
One on each of your eyes.
One star on the very tip of your nose.
A star on your mouth.
That two stars inside each of your ears.
There's a little star on your throat,
On your neck.
There's a star inside your heart.
And there's stars on both of your shoulders.
Stars on your elbows.
Stars in the palms of your hands.
Then there's 10 tiny little stars,
One star on tip of each of your fingers.
One.
Too.
3 four,
5.
Six.
7 9.
10.
Ten little stars,
Ten little fingers.
The star inside your heart is shining bright.
There's the star nestled inside your belly button.
And then there's stars on either side of your hips.
Stars on top of each of your knees.
On your ankles.
Then there's ten tiny stars on tip of each of your toes.
1.
Two.
3 4 five.
Six.
7 8 9.
And turn.
Ten little stars on your feet.
Your whole body is covered in tiny stars.
Shining bright.
Shining in the silver and gold.
You might even notice that these little stars are moving a little bit.
Moving.
In the rhythm of your breath.
The rhythm of the wind.
Thank you.
This darkness around,
This softness.
Warm darkness of the night.
And within this darkness.
The star inside your heart shines bright.
The darkness.
Of underneath the blanket.
And the bright star that is shining within your heart.
Can you listen?
If you listen really carefully.
Might even hear.
That little star inside your heart.
Whispering.
Whispering.
Whispering something really important.
That only you can hear.
Your big bunny ears can hear the whisper of your heart.
You don't need to do anything,
You can simply listen.
The whisper of your own heart shining bright like a star.
Knowing,
Trusting.
The whisper of your own heart.
Or be carried through into the dreams of the night ahead.
Knowing that You'll be taken.
Adventures.
Where you feel safe full of joy.
Knowing that you can simply Allow yourself to be.
Carrie.
Into the magical land of dreams.
Resting deeply.
Knowing that you are looked after.
And just like the bunny when it is time for you to awaken.
Will have all the energy you need.
To continue the adventures and discovering of the world.
