For this guided meditation,
You are encouraged to find a comfortable seated position on either the floor or in a chair,
And to feel the body being supported beneath you.
Draw in some long,
Slow,
Deep breaths in through the nose as you fill the body with fresh air.
And at the bottom of that inhale,
Begin to slowly release,
Exhaling the breath out of the body.
Continue to take deep breaths just like that as we move into a meditation.
My body is my home,
A place that I reside every single day.
She wakes up with me.
She walks with me.
She protects me.
She provides for me.
She speaks to me.
She listens to me.
She's been around for many,
Many years,
Guiding me and loving me and leading me.
And there have been many years where I have chosen to ignore her.
I have fought her.
I have tried to fix her.
I have neglected her.
There are moments I have punished her,
Betrayed her,
And abandoned her,
And yet she remains.
She's still here with me,
Guiding me,
Loving me,
And leading me to brighter and more radiant,
More satisfying,
And pleasurable experiences for me to live.
She has been consistent with me,
And it's time for me to be consistent with her.
It's time to prioritize her,
Her wants,
Her needs,
Her desires.
It's time to prioritize understanding her deeply in every possible way.
It's time to get quiet and to listen to her,
And to be open to her.
It's time to be open to receiving the wisdom she has to share.
She is brilliant.
She is beautiful.
Together,
We make an incredible team.
She cares for me,
And I care for her,
And together we are unbreakable.
We feel home,
Enlivened,
Radiant,
Healing,
Electric,
Sensual,
Playful,
Curious,
Abundant,
And we feel alive,
Creative,
Feminine,
And free.
When I take care of her,
She takes care of me,
And I am committed to listening more deeply and more closely to her.
I am committed to connecting to the wisdom of my body so that we may become one.
My body is my home,
And it's time I start treating it as such.
My body is my haven.
She's here to keep me safe.
My body is my playground,
For me to dance and play.
My body is my voice,
For me to express my truths.
My body is worth celebrating.
My body functions every single day to keep me alive and grounded,
And restored,
And replenished.
My body is worth celebrating for all that she's seen,
For all that she's learned,
For all that she's walked through,
For all that she's experienced and lived,
For everything she has endured.
My body is worth celebrating.
My body is worth worshiping.
My body is worthy of the deepest love,
Attention,
Affection,
Nourishment,
And care.
I am committed to nourishing and caring for my body in the deepest ways possible.
I celebrate my body and thank her deeply for the life she has led me to live,
And I vow to her that I am here next to her,
Walking through this journey with her together from this point forward.
I am worthy of being cared for.
I am worthy of being loved exactly as I am.
I am worthy of being celebrated for all that I am.
I am worthy of being shown off.
I am worthy of being adored and adorned.
I am worthy because I was born.
I am worthy because I was born.
I am worthy because I was born.
It's time to start celebrating myself for who I am on the inside.
It's time to celebrate myself for who I am on the outside,
Right here,
Right now.
I am worthy of being seen and heard and touched.
I am worthy of being validated and supported and deeply loved.
My body is my home,
And I am prioritizing the relationship with myself above all.
I trust my body will tell me the answers and will provide the guidance and the clarity when the time is right.
She will celebrate me when I make aligned decisions,
And she will lovingly redirect me and challenge me when I have fallen off the path.
We are not to be enemies.
My body and I are one and together.
We are home.
Begin to draw deeper breaths into your vessel,
Bringing some awareness,
Sensation,
And attention back to the breath,
Back to the body,
Back to the room.
As you find some gentle movements in your fingers and toes,
Slowly begin to open your eyes.
