Welcome.

This is a time just for you.

You don't need to perform,

Achieve,

Or fix anything.

Just arrive exactly as you are.

I invite you to begin by settling into a comfortable position,

Whether sitting or lying down.

Let your spine be long,

Your shoulders soft,

And gently allow yourself to close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

One more breath in and out.

Feel your body supported by the ground beneath you.

Let it hold you.

You do not have to hold everything alone.

Bring your attention to the crown of your head.

Imagine a soft wave of light slowly moving down your body,

Relaxing your forehead,

Your jaw,

Your shoulders.

Let the light continue down your arms,

Your chest,

Your stomach,

Your hips,

Down your legs,

All the way to your feet.

Let this wave remind you it's safe to let go.

It's safe to just be.

Now,

Place one hand gently over your heart and the other on your belly.

Feel the rhythm of your breath.

Feel your aliveness.

And I invite you to repeat silently or softly aloud after me.

I am worthy of love and respect just as I am.

I no longer shrink to make others comfortable.

My voice matters.

My needs are violent.

I trust myself more each day.

I honor the progress I've made.

I am proud of who I am becoming.

Let those words sink in.

Imagine them wrapping around your body like a warm blanket.

You don't have to believe them fully yet.

You're just planting the seeds.

Now imagine your future self standing in front of you,

Calm,

Confident,

And at peace.

This version of you smiles at you with love and pride.

They see your efforts.

They see your heart.

They see how far you have come.

And they whisper,

Keep going.

You're doing better than you think.

I've got you.

Breathe that in.

Taking a big,

Deep inhale.

And exhale.

Begin to come back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Gently move your body.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

You are here.

You are enough.

And you are deeply worthy,

Now and always.
