This week,
We're focusing on faith that comes from alignment,
Also known as action.
When you are truly aligned and taking action with your vision and following the blueprint that gets you there,
Faith becomes effortless.
It's not something you have to force or conjure up.
It flows naturally because you're in resonance with who you are becoming.
This blueprint we talk about isn't some distant map.
It's the choices,
The habits,
The actions that align with this future desired version of yourself and your life.
The actions you take,
The habits you embody,
It's living as the version of you who already has it all right now in this moment.
And when you align with that blueprint,
You create a higher frequency,
A frequency that holds steady even when things get tough because you're not depending on circumstances to give you faith.
You're generating faith from within.
So today,
We're going to drop into that alignment together,
Anchor it,
And allow faith to rise naturally from that place.
So let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in deeply through your nose.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
And again,
Inhale,
Filling your entire body.
And then slowly exhale,
Releasing all doubts,
All pressure,
Time constraints,
Limiting beliefs,
Just let them go.
And let's take one more deep breath in.
And as you begin to exhale slowly,
Allow your body to arrive fully into this present moment.
You are here,
You are safe,
You are aligned.
And just begin to gently scan your body from your crown to your toes.
Soften your forehead,
Release your jaw,
Drop your shoulders,
Breathe into your chest,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Down through your legs.
Into your feet,
Notice where you're holding tension and where you feel blocked.
Breathe into those spaces,
Allowing them to soften.
This body is your vessel.
When it's clear,
Faith flows through with ease.
Allow your breath to guide you into that clarity,
Releasing any stress,
Any tension,
Any blockages.
Begin to bring awareness into your heart center.
Envision a beautiful golden white light glowing from your heart center.
See it pulsating with each breath.
And let's just begin to silently affirm,
I am aligned with my vision.
I am aligned with the blueprint that takes me to my desired outcomes.
I show up and faith flows through me effortlessly.
I trust the timing,
I trust the process.
Even when it's hard,
I stay anchored.
My frequency is higher than any circumstances and I lead from alignment,
Not force,
Not fear,
Not scarcity.
I am magnetic to what belongs to me and my blueprint is unbroken.
Folding perfectly,
I always know the next right thing to do.
Now let's take a few moments and to visualize our desired outcome for this week.
See yourself at the end of the week in complete alignment where faith is an effort,
It's presence,
Where the blueprint unfolds with ease,
Where you're leading,
Creating,
Thriving.
You've accomplished everything you set out to accomplish this week.
What does it feel like in your body?
What did your ideal days look like that brought you to this success?
Who do you show up as?
Who are you being?
This version of you is not separate.
It is alive in you right now.
Visualize and feel that blueprint,
The path that gets you to the other side of a successful week.
See the steps lighting up before you one by one.
You don't need to see the whole staircase,
Just the next step.
And because you're fully aligned,
You trust it.
You live in your intuition.
I walk the path with faith.
I am aligned,
I am steady,
I am held.
My frequency creates the way.
Now breathe deeply,
And as you inhale,
Continue to draw in this alignment,
This clarity.
And as you exhale,
Release control,
Release judgment.
And allow this energy to anchor into every cell in your body,
Full faith and alignment,
Knowing that you will go about your work this week.
It'll feel free and light and easy.
And when you open your eyes,
You will carry this frequency forward.
And when things get rough or difficult,
Return here.
Return to your breath.
Return to your alignment.
Know who you are and what you are meant to be.
Faith is your natural state.
And so it is.
