To begin your day with appreciation,

I will guide your focus on feeling and cultivating gratitude,

Connection to life's blessings,

Make yourself as comfortable as you'd like to be right now,

With all your attention whispering to yourself,

Thank you.

Thank you for my breath.

Thank you for another day.

24 hours,

What a gift.

Thank you for the eyes to see,

Ears to hear,

Heart to feel.

Thank you for the legs to walk,

Arms to embrace,

Mouth to smile,

To kiss,

To say I love you.

Thank you for nature that nurtures,

Inspires,

Uplifts.

Thank you for gratitude as the sourdough starter I can grow it and its fruits are even better than the freshly baked bread.

So many other blessings make me wonder how grateful can I be.

So let's expand the feeling of gratitude within the body.

Thank you.

Slurp that goodness.

A sense of abundance.

Thank you for the strength.

Thank you for smiles.

Thank you for the things I can change.

And thank you for the patience in situations outside of my control.

Thank you for all privileges I enjoy.

Thank you for listening.

It's easy to be grateful when things are going well.

Maybe you're going through a crisis,

A challenge.

I'm especially proud that this morning you chose to practice gratitude.
