Now envision a bright,
Healing light above your head.
This light is full of warmth and energy.
See this energy slowly entering the top of your head,
Gently illuminating every part of you as this light moves through your body.
Feel it healing and energizing every cell.
You are now glowing with this warm,
Healing energy,
Vibrant and full of life.
Let this radiant energy fill every space within you.
It brings strength,
Courage and renewed energy.
Feel its power and warmth.
Imagine this light equipping you to live your best life,
Supporting you in every step.
You are radiant,
You are strong and you are capable.
Taking another big deep breath in.
Remember,
This healing light is always accessible to you.

Just come back to this moment of gratitude and appreciation.
