Miracles Of God’s Embrace: Affirmations For Connection

Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

I'm Sarah McGinnis.

For the purpose of this meditation,

I will be using the word God as it points to the source of love,

Peace,

And truth that lives beyond form.

You might call this higher power,

Spirit,

The divine,

Beloved,

Or simply love itself.

Take a moment to let your heart choose the name that feels most natural for you.

As you do,

Take a deep breath,

First filling up the belly,

Then the chest.

Hold.

Exhale,

Let it go with a sigh.

I now invite you to repeat the following affirmations either aloud or in your mind.

I recognize the light of God shining in every soul I meet.

Every soul I meet carries a spark of the divine,

A living expression of God.

My embodied presence here is not an accident.

I am here on purpose,

Anointed with divine intention.

Wherever I go,

Peace flows.

My presence is a blessing to the churches and the people that I encounter.

Joy arises in me naturally.

My happiness reveals the truth of God's plan.

In my smile,

Others remember their own holiness.

In my laughter,

They hear the voice of God calling to them.

I am whole.

I am radiant.

I am part of the great unfolding of the divine plan.

I am guided by love.

I am upheld by grace.

I am surrounded by blessings.

When you're ready,

Blink your eyes open and go forward into your day,

Carrying the knowledge in your heart that God's love stays with you always.
