Hello and welcome,

I'm CG and this is a guided meditation to support us with bringing our energy back to a place of calm,

Especially when we've experienced or become stressed and frustrated.

When we become stressed and frustrated,

Our vibe changes,

Our energy changes,

And we may not feel very positive.

This guided meditation will help you release your frustrations,

Bringing your energy back to a place of calm,

Especially after experiencing something high stress.

Take a moment to react to that stress with mindful meditation.

Start by finding a safe and quiet place to gather your thoughts for a moment.

If you're able to,

Close your eyes and begin with a deep breath in.

And as you release,

Release your frustrations out with both sound and air.

So deep breath in,

Releasing with both sound and air.

Deep breath in.

Take a moment to just relax in this new energy of calm.

If your thoughts are still very loud and you find yourself focused on your frustrations again,

Begin taking another deep breath in,

Releasing with both sound and air.

Relax in this new energy of calm,

Giving yourself the opportunity to bring your energy back to a place of calm.

Allow your mind to catch up with your body as it begins to relax and focus on your breath,

On your inhale and exhale,

And just relax in this new energy of calm.

Giving ourselves the opportunity to become calm allows us the ability to work through our stress and frustration with clarity and calmly later.
