Using your voice to hum,

Requires no training and can be done anytime,

And with poor intention it amplifies the energy of sound,

Turning potential into reality.

Let's begin by settling into this moment.

Find a posture that feels comfortable for you.

Gently close your eyes,

Allowing your attention to turn inward.

Connect the foundation of your voice and of your life,

Your breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Feel the air filling your lungs.

Now,

Release it through your mouth with a soft sigh,

Letting your jaw completely relaxed.

Again,

A slow,

Nurturing breath in through the nose,

And release it fully.

One more time,

Breath in deeply,

Consciously,

Through your nose,

And let it all go.

Relax your shoulders,

Shoulders down.

Feel how this breath begins to balance your nervous system,

Inviting peace.

Now,

We'll begin with a hum,

The often called the original song of creation.

There's no need to worry about being in tune.

This is about feeling the powerful vibration your voice creates.

It's a tool for self-soothing,

Healing,

A reminder of your body's and mind's natural harmony.

When you're ready,

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

As you exhale,

Allow a continuous,

Gentle hum to flow.

Let's begin.

Let it be as long or short as it feels comfortable with.

There's no judgment.

Gently place a finger on your throat at your Adam's apple.

As you continue to hum,

Truly feel the vibration beneath your fingertip.

You might notice a subtle tingling.

This resonance moves through your bones,

Blood,

And tissues.

It gently massages your internal organs,

Affecting every cell,

Influencing your heartbeat,

Respiration,

And balancing your brain's hemispheres.

Keep on humming,

Allowing the song to flow freely.

Feel it resonate deep inside your head,

Chest,

And belly.

This simple act boosts nitric oxide production in your nasal passages,

Vital for exaggerating yourself and enhancing healing.

It's a potent practice for reducing stress and encouraging deep,

Restorative rest.

Just keep humming.

Just keep the hum flowing.

This is your personal act of vocal alchemy.

You simply need to feel,

To breathe,

To sound,

And to allow emotion to move through your in-vibration.

Take one final deep breath in through your nose.

Soft exhale,

Release it through your mouth like a deep,

Satisfying saying.

Let it all go.

A slow,

Gentle breathing through the nose.

And release it fully with a gentle sigh.

Ah.

Over one last gentle breath in through your nose.

And a final soft sigh through your mouth.
