Now that you've met your power animal, let's take a journey to communicate with your power animal. You can ask it for a name, you can ask it what totem it would like you to get to remember that it is with you and guiding you daily, you can ask it when it has helped you in your life, you can ask your power animal anything you would like. You can also just sit with it and connect in a silent way. You can ask your power animal to show you where it lives, the possibilities are endless. This is your journey, you take charge of it. Remember, if you are having a difficult time with brain chatter, imagine blackness in your mind, and if you feel you can't imagine, acknowledge your ego and tell it "I know it's not real but I would like to try". Your ego will step aside and allow you to go on the journey. Cover your eyes and your body to minimize distractions around you. Use headphones to hear the audio clearly. I will guide you into the Journey with my voice and drum.

Your guide in today's journey to connect and learn about your Power Animal.

On our last journey together,

You were guided to meet your Power Animal.

If you haven't done that journey yet,

I'll suggest you pause this track and go to that track now before you continue on this journey.

On this journey,

You may ask your Power Animal if they have a name or what they'd like to be called,

Maybe where they live.

The questions are endless.

They may even take you on a journey of their own.

The choice is yours.

As always,

Make sure you have something to cover your eyes and body as you may lay down to journey.

It's best to listen to this track with headphones on.

This will allow the drumbeat to be heard better.

Keep a paper and pen or pencil beside you because you may want to write things down when you come out of your journey.
