Welcome,

My friends.

In this meditation,

I am going to guide you through some deep,

Heart-centered breathing,

So that you can open your heart to life,

Find peace in the chaos.

We are going to bring up a beautiful,

Powerful emotion to strengthen and enlarge the electromagnetic field of your heart.

So,

Find yourself a comfortable position,

Either sitting up or laying down.

Make yourself comfortable.

Now,

Place all of your attention on your beautiful heart.

Feel your heart.

Focus on it.

Relax into it.

And stay there with your awareness.

Feel your heart.

Now,

Let's take a deep and slow breath in through the nose,

Into your heart.

Hold it.

And exhale.

Relax into your body.

Hold it.

Another breath.

In through the nose,

Into your heart.

Hold it.

And relax.

Exhale.

Hold it.

Another breath.

Slowly,

Deeply into your heart,

Filling up your heart with life.

Hold it.

And exhale.

Relax.

Allow your body to find its own rhythm.

Breathing in slow and deep.

Filling up your heart with life.

And gently,

Allow your breath to become slower and deeper,

To become more profound.

Rest in your heart.

Now,

I want you to choose one emotion that feels aligned with you in this moment.

It can be love,

It can be happiness,

Joy,

Bliss,

Abundance,

Freedom,

Or a mix of any of those.

It doesn't matter.

Just feel.

And when you're aware of that,

Just bring it up.

Feel this emotion in your heart.

Allow this beautiful emotion to enter your body.

To enter your heart.

And by focusing on it,

You're amplifying it.

Let it take you over.

Feel nothing but this emotion,

This beautiful feeling.

In your heart,

In your body.

Now,

Slowly,

Allow it to extend beyond your body.

Feel this beautiful feeling,

This powerful energy.

Outside of your body,

Slowly growing,

Expanding.

Feel yourself like being held in a comfortable cocoon of this beautiful feeling,

Of this beautiful energy.

And surrender.

Surrender yourself completely.

Let it take you over completely.

All that you feel,

All that you experience,

Is this beautiful frequency.

Allow yourself to stay there for a moment.
