I invite you to find a comfortable and quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
You can sit or lie down,
Whatever feels most comfortable to you.
Then gently close your eyes,
And let's begin.
Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your abdomen to rise.
Then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension.
Inhale deeply,
And with each exhale,
Let go of the cares of your day.
Bring your awareness to your toes,
And imagine a warm,
Healing light surrounding them,
Melting away any tension or discomfort.
Slowly move this light up to your feet,
Ankles,
And legs,
Relaxing every muscle it touches.
Bring your awareness to your knees,
Feeling the warmth and healing light enveloping them.
Let it dissolve any tightness or stiffness,
Allowing your knees to soften and relax.
Now guide the light upward into your thighs,
Feeling it ease any heaviness or tension.
Your muscles soften and loosen as the light moves upward,
Gently releasing any discomfort.
As the light reaches your hips and lower back,
Imagine it melting away any tightness,
Leaving a sense of calm and relief in its wake.
Let your hips feel grounded and at ease.
Next,
Bring your attention to your abdomen and chest.
Feel a healing light expand through here,
Soothing any tension.
Allow your breath to become slow and steady,
Your chest and belly rising and falling with ease.
Now move the light to your shoulders,
Releasing any weight you might be carrying.
Let the warmth flow down your arms,
Through your elbows and wrists,
Into your hands and fingertips.
Feel your arms grow light and relaxed.
And finally,
Bring the light to your neck,
Jaw and face,
Softening any tension in your neck,
Letting the muscles relax completely.
Feel your jaw unclench and your face smoothing out as the light washes over your forehead and temples.
And take a few deep breaths here,
Enjoying the sense of relaxation and ease throughout your entire body.
Allow yourself to rest in its peaceful state as we move into a visualization.
Picture a radiant light at the center of your being,
Deep within your heart.
This light represents your inner radiance,
Your true essence.
With each breath,
This light grows brighter,
Warmer,
And more loving.
As the light expands,
Imagine it gently spreading through your chest,
Filling every corner of your being with warmth and love.
Feel this light as it expands beyond your chest,
Flowing outward through your body,
Illuminating every cell with its healing glow.
Now visualize this light radiating through your skin,
Forming a protective and nurturing aura around you.
This aura shimmers with warmth and compassion,
Creating a safe space where you can feel completely at ease,
Embraced by your own loving energy.
And as you continue to breathe,
Imagine the light expanding even further,
Reaching beyond your body to touch everything around you.
See it filling the room,
Extending out into your surroundings,
Connecting with the natural world,
The people you love,
And the collective energy of kindness and compassion,
Filling you with a deep sense of connection,
Connection to yourself,
Connection to others,
And to the world.
Feel this light as your inner strength,
Always there to guide and support you.
Now let yourself rest in this light,
Knowing that it's a reflection of your true essence,
Radiant,
Loving,
And endlessly powerful.
Stay with this feeling for as long as you wish,
Knowing that you can return to this place of inner light and peace whenever you need to.
Now I'd like for you to repeat the following affirmations.
I am deserving of self-care and self-love.
My inner radiance shines brightly,
Warming my heart and soul.
I release all that no longer serves me,
Making space for healing and renewal.
Picture this radiant light expanding further,
Gently washing over any area of your body or heart that need healing.
Feel its warmth and love as it nurtures,
Restores,
And soothes you.
Imagine it filling every part of your being with compassion and peace.
Allow this light to bring comfort where it's needed most.
And in this space of healing and self-care,
Take a moment to express gratitude.
Gratitude for yourself,
Gratitude for your journey,
And gratitude for the strength you have within.
Acknowledge your worthiness in the beauty of your inner radiance,
Which shines so brightly,
Illuminating your path.
