Welcome to this quick morning motivation.

I hope you enjoy the meditation.

I want you to start by taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Let your shoulders soften,

Your face relax,

And your mind arrive.

This is your moment,

A pause before the world pulls on you.

A moment for clarity and a moment for strength.

I want us to start with some breathing to ground us for the day.

Inhale through your nose for four seconds,

Hold for one second,

And exhale for four seconds.

Again,

Breathe in the energy you need to start your day and release anything heavy that's left over from yesterday.

This breath signals to your brain that today is manageable and today is yours.

I want you to feel your feet or your legs grounding beneath you.

Imagine a warm light rising from your chest like your body is waking from the inside out.

I want you to repeat this quietly to yourself.

I can handle today.

Science shows that small statements like this boost task initiation and reduce stress.

I want you to picture one thing,

Just one,

That would make today feel successful for you.

Something small,

Something doable,

Or something realistic.

I want you to see yourself completing it with calm and confidence.

I want you to feel the subtle pride in your chest you get.

Now I want you to repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I am clear.

I am capable.

I move with purpose.

I start small and I build momentum.

Take one more deep breath in and let it go.
