Feel your body settling into a restful,

Comfortable position.

Adjust your shoulders,

Neck,

And hips if you need to,

And allow the entire body to sink with heaviness into your mattress.

Invite all of your muscles to release the tensions of the day.

Invite your mind to also release the thoughts and events of the day.

As you connect with the presence of who you are,

Allow the presence of who you are to connect itself with your entire physical body,

Mental body,

And emotional body,

So that the presence of you becomes the guide that brings you into a tranquil and restful state.

Allow this deep,

Inner being that is you to reprogram your body so that it may rest deeply and stay asleep soundly for the entire night.

Allow this deeper you to inform your nervous system that it is safe to sleep deeply.

Allow your nervous system to respond with a softening and a quietness that educates the muscles and all of the rest of your physical body,

Allowing the rest of you to understand that it is safe to sleep deeply.

Your adrenal glands with your higher self.

Allow the energies that come through from the peace of your higher self to re-establish a calm and healthy rhythm in your adrenal glands.

Allow cortisol secretion to remain low throughout the night.
