The Collective Pulse for the week of May 18th. Let us close our eyes and we are going to take a look at what most serves for leaders building the new world to know at this time. What I see right away is a small group of children, It's not a very big group, Three, Four, Maybe five, Who are holding hands and running around singing that little childhood song, Ring around the rosies, Ring around the rosies, Pocket full of posies, Ashoo, Ashoo, We all fall down. The little rhyme and the moment that I see is right when they're starting to laugh and do the sneezing, This is the way we did it growing up, I don't know if you did it the same way, But we would start sneezing, Pretend sneezing and then we would let go of our hands and we would fall down to the ground and the moment I'm seeing is right where the hands start to come loose and everyone's falling down to the ground laughing, Pure joy, Total silliness, Play, Delight in the moment, Pure presence, All of that, All of that is in the image that I see. So why would that be what I see this week? It feels important to say at this time, This is something that I don't know if I've said yet in this space, But it feels important to say it. When I see the image and I'm reading energy, The image is coded with what your subconscious needs to remind your consciousness of, Your conscious self of in the moment. So there's a frequency, There's a truth, There's a neural pathway, Perhaps if you want to look at it like that, That gets activated when I name the energy that you know you need to hear in order to get to whatever the next awareness or breakthrough is for you, Mini breakthrough, Big breakthrough in this moment. The image is coded with that and so it's not necessarily about the actual image, It's what the image brings up inside of you, The feelings, The emotions, The memories that it stirs inside of you and when that gets stirred up, Something in your consciousness, Your awareness, Your presence shifts, Moves direction, Looks in a different way, Has a different perspective. Remember something that you've known to be true in the past, Something gets activated in you when I name that frequency, That core energy, That truth underneath whatever is playing out at this time. So it's not just the image, It's what the image brings up for you. That's the magic of energy reading and when I name this image of children laughing, Playing right at the moment where they're about to let go of their hands and fall down to the ground and just giggle and laugh and think it's hysterical and then get back up and do it all over again and just play the game and play the game and play the game, What your conscious mind probably is wrestling with is what's the point of doing this whole journey anyway? What's the point of this job? What's the point of this relationship? Why am I even in this rat race? Why am I leading when no one seems to appreciate that I'm leading? We have all of these mindsets, These emotions, These core beliefs that are running under the surface and when I bring this image of it's just a game, We're all just children here holding hands, Choosing when to let go, Holding hands so we can fall to the ground laughing and get back up and maybe we'll hold hands with the same people again, Maybe we won't. Maybe we'll decide we're done playing the game, We'll go play another game. It's all okay. When we have this kind of a silly image moment that gets jogged inside of our memory banks, Inside of our awareness, It can bring through a fresh breeze, A fresh air to this moment. It can remind us that it's really not as serious as we think it is. We get in our heads, I do this all the time, We get in our heads about how important this project is, How important this community thing I'm doing is, How important my business is, How everyone is impacted by all the things that I'm thinking and doing. Yeah, Maybe. I don't know. Really? Really. I've had a lot of conversations recently with people who are retiring, Close to retiring. Like when you leave, What will happen with the work after you're gone? And what I hear over and over again is, They'll figure it out without me. I'll just be replaced. Something, Someone else will come in and fill that spot. It's not as life living, Is that the right word? It's just not as important as we give it importance to. What's really important is, Are you enjoying it? Are you loving the life you're living? Is it fun? Do you fall to the ground in absolute delight and laughter and wonder like, Do I have the energy to stand back up and laugh like that again? Have you ever had that, That deep belly laugh where you hurt from laughing? I've had this so many times. You can't laugh anymore. Your mouth hurts from smiling. Your chest, Your gut is like, You've done the biggest workout of your life. You can't even breathe because you've been laughing because it's been so much fun. Yeah. And then there's more. And then there's more fun after that. We work so hard and then what? We retire? And then we don't have fun anymore? You're just getting started. If you can bring that thrill of life, That irreverence for the game, That silly compadre, Like we are besties, We're gonna hold hands and dance in the circle until we're done dancing in the circle and we'll let go and we'll go do something else. If you can bring that now into your business, Now into the communities that you're leading, Now into the life that you're living, Everything changes. The whole game becomes hysterically fun. It becomes irreverent and silly and like you can't wait to get up until tomorrow morning to see what tomorrow is going to bring because who even knows? Who even knows? And that's the message for this week. Let's have some more fun. Let's not take it so seriously. Let's not make ourselves so important that we can't enjoy the actual game we're living.
