Hey there,

Friend.

Thanks for hitting play today.

Today I want to offer you a short morning gratitude practice.

Something simple that can help you start your day with appreciation,

Joy,

And a deeper love for life.

Gratitude doesn't need to be dramatic or over the top.

It doesn't require long meditation sessions.

A few minutes each morning is more than enough to shift your entire state for the day ahead.

So I invite you to settle in,

Soften your body,

Let your eyes close if that feels good for you,

And take a soft,

Slow,

Deep breath into your nose and just feel that beautiful air giving you life.

Feel it entering your body,

Feel it softening your mind,

And just feel your entire body,

Your entire self being here.

And soften,

Let yourself slow down into this moment.

Notice your heart,

Your chest rising and falling.

Feel the surface underneath you,

Holding you steady.

Notice your shoulders.

Notice your hands.

And just let everything loosen and slow down.

And I invite you to simply begin here this morning.

You're here,

You're alive,

And you get to do this.

You get to participate in your own growth.

You get to care for your mind,

Your spirit,

Your well-being.

What a gift.

You're here because you care about being the best version of yourself for others,

For yourself,

For the world.

Let gratitude swell up in you simply because of that fact.

I appreciate you for being here.

Now,

I want you to give that same appreciation to yourself for showing up.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And now take a moment to set the intention to love your life today,

To remember how much you love life today.

To notice the small moments that make you smile,

That open your heart,

That remind you of the beauty all around you.

Acknowledge the beauty that is you,

Of who you are,

And all the goodness you bring into this life.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And I also want you to set the intention to feel today,

To feel your emotions,

To feel the sensations of being alive,

To feel into your body.

What an incredible gift to feel.

We're so blessed.

Much gratitude for the entire human experience.

All we get to feel,

Sense,

And witness.

So beautiful.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And before we close,

I want to share one of my favorite morning prayers from the Dalai Lama.

So if it feels right,

You can place a hand over your heart and let these words move through you gently.

Today,

I am fortunate to have woken up.

I have a precious human life,

And I'm not going to waste it.

I'm going to use all my energy to develop myself,

To expand my heart out to others,

To achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings.

I'm going to have kind thoughts towards others.

I'm not going to get angry or think badly about anyone.

I'm going to benefit others as much as I can.

Yes,

Friend,

We are so fortunate to have woken up today.

We indeed have a precious human life.

Thanks for sharing a small piece of yours with me today.

Hope you have a wonderful,

Beautiful,

And highly conscious day.

Much love.

Thank you for sharing…….your humility moves me. I am wondering if you offer any coaching or advice for practical ways to share our gifts with one another.
