Hello and welcome to your five-minute meditation on boundaries.

This meditation is meant to help you decompress,

Remind you of the empowerment you have within you,

And will serve as a mantra meditation.

Let's begin.

I welcome you to take slow breaths in and an even slower and longer breath out.

And let's continue that for a few seconds.

My boundaries honor me.

My boundaries protect my energy.

My boundaries are healthy.

My boundaries are meant to preserve the relationships I have with people,

Not to hurt them.

My boundaries help me live,

Create,

And serve me and the fullest expression of myself.

Each and every day I'm becoming clearer and clearer about the boundaries that serve me best.

Every time I honor my boundaries,

I am more confident to express my needs.

I honor myself by honoring my boundaries.

I am worthy and deserving of setting and maintaining boundaries that serve me.

I now give myself permission to set boundaries that support myself,

My soul,

My business,

And my life.

It is okay to have boundaries that are different from the rest of my family.

I am safe if others don't like the boundary I am putting in place.

I am allowed to have boundaries that feel right for me.

Setting boundaries does not mean I am selfish.

I am only responsible for my emotions,

Not responsible for the emotions of others,

As long as my boundaries are respectful and healthy.

My boundaries are part of my self-care.

Saying no does not mean that I don't care.

Our boundaries are how we honor ourselves and our lives here on earth.
