This is a meditation that I channeled asking my guides for guidance at this time for humanity.
Let's begin.
Brothers and sisters,
Humanity,
To mothers,
To fathers,
To friends,
Let your body rest and your mind center.
This next breath is all there is.
Feel that breath fill you with spirit.
Release that breath.
Let the tension go.
You have come to this moment to shine in radiance,
To be a conduit of light.
You are here to feel the energy that you have available to you and tap into this abundance with great clarity.
Let this breath come into you,
Fill you with immense light,
And let the breath release from you,
Expelling the dark.
This is your medicine,
And you are healing this earth.
You are healing this planet.
You are healing this world.
Your radiance,
Your magnificence,
Your connection to all cannot be forgotten.
As you let this light radiate through you,
You feel the connection to all of humanity,
Like the power of the sun bringing a level of warmth and clarity to what this moment must provide.
Remember your power is in centering.
This next breath is all there is.
Feel the fullness of the inhale and the fullness of the exhale.
Let that presence bring you further into that peaceful light,
And let the insight of connection make you aware of your power.
A power to see.
A power to truly hold and uplift.
A power to see what is needed and hold that vision fully.
Uplift and care for your sisters,
Brothers,
Mothers,
Friends,
Fathers,
Caretakers,
Lovers,
And guides.
Weave together the vision of walking together in light,
Protected by love,
And feel that radiate power within you.
Breathe in that magnificence and breathe out that warmth of love to all,
Raising the vibration of humanity with moment-to-moment awareness,
With centered breath,
With your ability to be a conduit of light and love.
This next breath is all that is required.
You may continue with this meditation as long as you feel guided to do so,
As long as you feel guided to sit in the radiance of love.
When you are finished,
Return with a new sense of purpose,
A new sense of vision,
And a radiance that will protect you and continue to love.
