Dear one,
And welcome to this guided meditation meant to remind you that you lack nothing.
You are connected to the source of all that there is and all that there ever will be.
So to start this meditation,
Seat yourself in a comfortable position or lay down whatever is the most comfortable to you.
And we'll start by taking a deep breath in and exhale.
And take another deep breath in and exhale.
And I would like you to repeat after me either in your head or out loud.
I am connected to the source of all there is.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
And again,
I am connected to the source of all there is.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
And I just want you to let that affirmation play in your mind and just meditate on that thought.
I am connected to the source of all there is.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
I am just going to leave you for one minute here just to sit in that knowing that you lack nothing.
I am just going to let you rest for a moment here.
Now take a deep breath in and exhale.
Now take a deep breath in and exhale.
And one last time,
I am connected to the source of all there is.
And I want you to start recognizing the room around you.
Wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
And slowly open your eyes.
And know that you lack nothing,
For you are connected to the source of all there is.
