Kia ora, Beautiful souls. Welcome to another episode of Anchoring Your Light with me, Akika Kay, Your host. Wow, Just so grateful and blessed to have this platform. I mean, It's episode three and I feel in my energy that, Yeah, I just really feel that this is a place where I can be honest and radiate out some of these lessons and helping people to not go through as much of the trials and tribulations that I went through on my ascension journey, Making this ascension journey and awakening process as easy and as graceful as possible, Asking our well ancestors that may we learn and our guides, May we learn through ease and joy because it is a possibility. Like everything, The possibilities within this universe are limitless, Infinite. So in saying that, Today we will be discussing the path of making peace, Making peace with polarity. So in this podcast episode, I will cover what is polarity. I'll outline what polarity is and duality according to my understanding and awareness. I will explain how it affects us on our ascension journey. And then from that point, How to cultivate neutrality, That unity 5D consciousness within our hearts, Within our minds, Understanding that there is one heart, One cosmic heart, One love, One heart, Like Bob Marley says, And realizing that in order to step into this unity, To navigate this polarity, This duality that we're seeing this right and wrong, These opposing forces, This fight, It's like exhausting, Right? In order to navigate that, We need to first accept ourselves. This is what the collective consciousness and what's going on is showing us. We need to accept this light and dark within ourselves first because yeah, It is the most important point in this ascension process. So yeah, We are going to cover all that and let's get into it. So polarity. So we live on the earth plane in our awareness and understanding and our mental mind. We live on the earth plane, The physical world where we have one sun, One moon, The earth, The ocean, Light and dark. So polarity, The description for polarity is the state of having two opposites or contradictory tendencies, Opinions or aspects. And if you think about it really in this earth plane, In our mind's awareness at this time, This is what we know. We understand that there's dark and light. We understand there's sun and moon. We understand that there's day and night. This is how this planet operates. And the reality of this 3D reality is for beings of the light, Beings, Star seeds, Other way showers, Light workers, Whatever you want to call it, People that are coming down from these higher planes of consciousness, These higher dimensions to incarnate here on earth, This density is a lot. We have to really become very dense within our thoughts and within our minds to operate in this reality. And that is why a lot of us light workers and star seeds find it really hard to understand this reality, To feel at home here, To feel at peace, To feel that we can understand like what the hell, This is so far and you know. But in this beautiful era that we're in, We're shifting this, We're alchemizing this, We're moving out of this density. So I just really want you to think of like, Think of every movie, Basically every movie, Maybe not all, Maybe some really cool arty films have like understand that this concept and the people that have created it have expanded their consciousness, But let's think of Hollywood films, Right? So in every movie, There's the good and the bad fighting each other and the good usually wins. And if the good doesn't win, It's probably a shit film. Let's be honest. We're like, Whoa, What the hell? Since a kid, We've been conditioned into this understanding that there's forces that are good and then forces that are bad. This is also correlated over into our lives in terms of reality, Religion, Excuse me. So religion, So we have the heaven and the hell. So you've got to do these good things that we understand as good in order to go to heaven. We're going to do these bad things that we understand as bad to go to hell. It's like this very kind of reptilian boom, Boom, Boom, This basic understanding of the nature of reality. And as we come to expand our consciousness, As you would be aware of on this Ascension journey, We get to this point where we're feeling these different states that are not encompassing this light and dark and not encompassing this good and bad type of mentality. It's an expanded state when you come out of your meditation or when you're in your meditation or after your yoga class or after you do whatever you do that expands your consciousness. It's this space, This infinite space and it's like this. I told you that I would keep doing that. If you listen to last episode, If you know, You know, I told you I would keep doing that every episode because I love it. It's this space of stillness. It's the void. It's that nothingness that fills us up, Fills up our heart, That point of neutrality. It's creation and creation is so intelligent. Whatever you believe it to be, My loves, This is part of the neutrality, Whether you believe it as God, The universe, Source energy, Allah, Whatever you believe it to be. It is this point that is so intelligent, That is so expansive, That is so nourishing, That doesn't ask for you to be anything but in this moment, In this now moment and accepting yourself in this now moment. So when you're having these states, Right, This is me and this was me having these beautiful states and coming out of meditation and then going out into the world and then I would see I get really triggered by politics and things like that. I'm really a human rights activist. So if I see people being treated badly or suffering, I would see that triggered automatically back into that state of that 3D right wrong and that mental state of just trying to think, Think, Think and work it out. Well, If the world did this, Well, If we did this and if we did this and if we did that, It's like an ongoing cycle and it's like you're trying to just like on this mental wheel of trying to figure out a problem that is bigger, Not even a problem that already holds the solution within oneself. And it's really intense, Like the nature of this physical reality and the consciousness that a lot of people are holding, The level of consciousness is about those opposing forces. It's very physical. People like, Well, I am this color, I see this chair, I go to this place, I am this occupation, I am this person's wife, I am this, I'm that, I'm that. And it's not, We can't blame ourselves for being in that because that is what this physical reality appears to be. Like the physical nature relies on these opposition to hold everything together in the physical reality that we deem to be true. But on this journey of ascension, We are realizing it's really intense. We are realizing that we are multidimensional, That we are not just this body. We are not just a female. We are not just somebody who goes down to the pub every Friday and has that chicken snitty, I don't even know why I said that, I don't know. We are not this fixed version of ourselves and this polarity dualistic nature has been carried over into our cultural conditioning, Our media, Our institutions and mentality. And it's getting to now the point like in my ascension process and my awakening journey where it pisses me off, Where you see it's an election time here in New Zealand and you're saying, Vote labor, We will take you to where you want to be. Vote national. It's the separation, This idea of separation that we are different and it is keeping us as a species, It is regressing, Keeping us stuck. And so there are ones like us, Like starseeds, Lightworkers, Way-showers who are expanding our consciousness every day, Opening to this zero point energy. You can listen to the last episode if you're not sure what that is, Where I break down energy and I break down all these, The nature of the universe, The mind, The soul. We are doing the work and we're seeing everybody just going back into this 3D, This 3D consciousness, This 3D mindset. And do you know what guys, At the moment it's to the point where I'm struggling with some conversations. It's kind of like, Okay, So is this expanding me in my body? I know the expansive feeling, I feel it in my heart, My heart opens up, My chest opens up, My breath becomes deeper. I feel an activation within my crown chakra. I feel open, I feel alive. I feel the energy, The divine intelligence is moving through me naturally with no block, No stagnation. And so sometimes when we're going out into the world, Obviously not all of these experiences at this moment in our awakening and ascension journey with as a planet are going to be like that. And so cultivating this understanding that the natures that we've been ruled by and it's this hard fact of the matter, Left brain, Analytical lens, Like bad, Good, Wrong, Light and dark, Heaven and hell. It's not expensive in my body when I speak like this. It's contract, It makes me contract. It doesn't open my heart. It doesn't leave me feel in, Leaving me feel in awe of life. It makes me feel limited. It makes me feel dense. And what I want you to understand is you don't have to compete with the density in order to be on the spiritual journey. And I think a lot in spirituality, It has been made that, You know, Only light exists, Only this exists. I know the light and the dark exists, But I know that it's light and the dark are not necessarily bad. And so, You know, In relating this to the ascension journey, When we expand our consciousness, My loves, We start to open the box on this, You know, This linear 3D idea and these limitations and we open our mind, Body and soul up to the universal truth of oneness, Expansion, Infinite possibilities. And how I can explain this in an example is, So when I started yoga, I was really overweight. I didn't believe that I could do certain things. And as I worked with my body to open up my energy centers, To lengthen my flexibility, To build my strength, Certain poses that I couldn't do in the beginning became available to me that I can do now and be able to see in my body that I can shift, I can move things. I'm not limited. I'm not dense. I'm not stuck. Correlates over to my mindset within life. I realize everything is possible. As we expand our consciousness, This fixed perception and this idea of self as only able to do certain things and only involve with certain people, You realize that this mold that may have been given down to you from your parents, From their parents is only just a mold. It doesn't encompass who you are or what you are or what is possible for you. And that shit fucking gets me so excited because this is common knowledge that needs to be put in place for everybody. Everybody deserves to thrive. Everybody needs to realize that the density, The polarity, The 3D limitations that make us feel fixed, Stuck, Concrete in our body and our mind are not in fact truth. They are not universal truth. They are illusions. They are complete illusions. Look at the body. Every seven years, The cells regenerate. The body, If you go to the gym, You can completely change the way you look. Everything is energy. Everything is this divine intelligence. But if we're holding these lower consciousness thoughts of density, Of stuck, Of right, Of wrong, Of fighting with the other, Which is really you, My love, Everything is a mirror. You can only experience people through the filter that is you. You realize that the world is your oyster. Everything is expansive because in fact, When you're coming into life, You're experiencing yourself, This beautiful dream, This beautiful reality of yourself expanding, Moving, Flowing. How does that feel in your body as I'm speaking this? Are you getting tingles? Are you feeling expanded in the heart? These are ways somatically looking at the body and feeling our reactions to things are ways to tell what is truth, What is truth for us. So really, In order to step into our power, Protect our energy, Co-create with higher dimensions, Guides, Well ancestors, And source energy, We must understand through our own spiritual practice that there is no such thing as good or bad or right or wrong. And I know you're going to be like, Well, What about these people that are getting away with doing these things and who are racist or human trafficking or killing others or domestic violence, These people who are getting away with doing this type of stuff. And the point that I want to put forward, Take what serves you, Leave what doesn't. Obviously, Everybody who's going to be listening to this is going to be in different stages of their awakening journey and their process and everyone has their own truth. This is the beauty of this 5D reality we're moving into, Right? So take what serves you, Leave what doesn't. So in the higher dimensions, In the energetic realms, Death, Density, And fear are not final things, Nor are they truths. Because everything is internal, Everything is existing in this one space, This interdimensional space, This multidimensional space of flow, Movement, Experience, For everything is one. All is a divine intelligence moving through all beings, Matter, And things wanting to experience itself. So in fact, Within the higher realms, The higher dimensions, Lightness and darkness, So energies of lightness and darkness work together from a place of neutrality to create an experience to create, Matter to create, To create, That is the baseline to create. So take a deep breath in and exhale out. It's a lot to kind of take in because we've been, You know, Think of all the movies you've grown up watching within your mental space. I'm not talking about your soul that has all the knowings and knows all these truths on a deep level, But I'm talking about in your mental space, We've been really conditioned to believe that there's a certain way to be a certain thing to do. And obviously I'm not condoning violence with people and saying it's right, But as I get more into it, It will start to make sense with where I'm going with this. So you are a soul on the deepest level. You are a soul, A fractal of source energy, God, The universe, Whatever you believe is that higher power, That divine intelligence, Having a human experience. You are here to learn more about yourself as a soul. You are here to contribute to this shift in consciousness at this time. You were here to hold the light. You were here to own your darkness and your light. You are here to be a way shower for this planet. So as you ascend, You realize that we are all this divine intelligence. And this has been happening to me a lot recently, Guys. After this meditation, This feeling after meditation, This meditation, This can be a meditation if you want to do a life is a meditation, Right? So after my practice, Because I've been practicing for a long time now, After my practice, I just feel this feeling. And I think it's this higher light and this consciousness that are being activated in our body, This Christ consciousness, This unity consciousness that is anchoring in into ourselves, Into our body, Into our hearts, Into our minds, These feelings that we can't steer away from the heart anymore. This feeling of knowing that we are one, Looking at another and seeing myself. We are all this divine intelligence. We are a fractal of this source, Of this energy experiencing itself. And we experience others, Why others seem so different is we're experiencing them through their own ego and personality, Which is developed through the different circumstances when they come into this physical plane. Let me explain. So just say me, I'm a keaker. I am mixed, Lots of black, Mixed, English, Caribbean, Ethiopian. I had my experience. I was born to a certain ancestral line. I created this ego. I created this personality as a female, A physical anatomy. I'm a woman, All these things. And then I filter my soul, My beautiful soul, Which I'm anchoring more now into my body. I filter that and I go out into the world believing that I'm this personality that has been conditioned and this mind that has been created based on my ancestors, My lineage, My DNA, All these things. But what is happening now is these timelines are converging and we're realizing we're all experiencing different earths based on our conditioning, Based on our ancestral lineages, All these things contributing, But really we are one unity divine consciousness here to co-create together to have an experience. And if we can come into this awareness now and work together and build an earth based on this, We can really shift this planet who herself is going through her own ascension, Organic highest timeline, Alchemization process. It's beautiful. It's really beautiful. And I'm hoping these words are landing because this is an activation within itself. It's a remembrance. As I speak and these guides come through and what I'm talking, It's in a remembrance for you, A remembrance of truth. So we're all having these different circumstances and we're to learn more, To experience more, To grow more and to expand more. If you look at quantum physics and the nature of the universe, It's constantly expanding, Expanding, Expanding, And expanding to experience itself. It's infinite, It's mind blowing, Right? How intelligent and how incredibly big, I'm getting these beautiful feelings in my heart right now that this intelligence is. And to me, This divine intelligence that works through all things, Plants, Through mother nature, Through the earth, Through our bodies, Through the universe, This is love. This is what I believe to be as love. This is what I believe to be as God. This is what I believe to be as source. This is whatever you name, You hold based on who you are and your, What you feel is right. It is love. And you are this intelligence. Feel it in your body. This intelligence is you. And therefore you are love. We are all, Every being, We are love. We are this divine intelligence experiencing, Experiencing itself. And this in itself, This awareness is life changing because if we can understand this and move beyond this polarity, This right and wrong, This separation narrative that is pushed at us from left, Right, Center, Top, Bottom, Every direction you can think of it, We will not hurt another. We will not want to hurt another. We will, As we expand our consciousness and come into this state of 5D, All these issues that we're having, Addictions, All these problems, People attacking each other, The people, Men attacking women, The destruction of the feminine, The destruction of the planet, It's because we're not integrating this understanding and this spiritual awareness of ourselves, Feeling connected and feeling whole to something. And if we don't feel connected and whole into something, Our ego reptilian mind is like, Fuck, Got to fill that hole in other ways. Got to buy some shit, Got to take down some people, Got to create toxic drama, Got to do all these things because in my energy field, In my aura, I'm not whole. The density has created holes within our auric field that we fill internally within ourselves in this physical plane. So neutrality, 5D and unity consciousness are really where we're at right now in terms of our ascension and awakening journey. And that is really what's going to help you create your dreams right now, Create your heaven on earth and move forward. It's going to be the fastest way that you can anchor these higher consciousness. You're not going to anchor these higher consciousness if you're watching Pizzagate or you're watching things up at night and then trying to work out how to, You know, This person is bad. This person is going to save us all. This person is going to do this. This person is going to do that. That person is you, My honey. That person is you, My love. You are the one you've been waiting for. You are how we change this world, Your own internal self, Your own internal work, Realizing you are whole from source in every moment. The soul has no fear. The soul cannot be touched. And I know that sounds really preachy and crazy, But it is true. And I know it's hard to understand this when you're going through anxiety, You're going through depression, You have grief. I'm not saying that we're not going to have these human emotions. In fact, I welcome these, Right? I welcome these because it brings me to my knees. It brings me to my feet. I'm going through a really big separation at this in this time in my life, Someone who has been a really incredible, Massive part of my life. We are going on our different directions and there's a lot of pain in that. But I'm also have in this moment have never felt closer to divinity, Have never felt closer to source, Have never felt more devoted to being whole and this consciousness and understanding this sacredness within myself. So it's really fucking beautiful. This life is fucking beautiful. Even in the density, It's beautiful. So I want to talk a little bit about the 3D, The 4D and the 5D. So in my intuition and awareness and my understanding from what's coming through is that a lot of us are existing in the 4D now. We're more open to expanding consciousness. You can look within the collective. I know it doesn't look like that is a freaking mess, But really, Really like, You know, A lot of the things that I'm feeling, We're more in the 4D. So let me first explain the 3D. Like I said, The 3D is the physical, The physical plane, Touching physical things, The table, The chair, My brother, My mom, My dad, An example of a 3D conversation. The coronavirus is closing down my school so I can't go to school, Which, You know, That's a 3D thing, A physical thing that's happening to us on the physical plane. Let's talk a little bit about 4D, Which a lot of people are existing in. It's that mental plane, Right? And with that mental plane, We time travel with our thoughts. So we use that 4D to be like, Okay, So I'm going to go to on Friday, I can see Friday, I'm going to go to the shops, I know where the shops are. And then at the shops, I'm going to buy this and then take this and have this dinner. So we can use this 4D to kind of zoom out a little bit and see the full perspective and use our mind to kind of navigate the 3D, The physical plane. And so a lot of us are in the 4D, Really hardcore at the moment. So we're thinking, We're looking at the polarity, We're trying to work out, All right, So if this is this and this person is doing this, Well, The coronavirus came from here, And then that came from there, And then that person, Let's just say that Trump, He's doing this, Or he's going to set people free, Or that person Trump is really bad, He's doing this, He's doing that. So you can see that it's kind of like this kind of computer kind of analyzing, Looking, Trying to just co-create our belief systems within the mind. That's that 4D plane. And a lot of us are in that now. And 4D conversation would be, Oh, Have you heard about this, About the coronavirus that Trump, There's this idea. That zooming out conversation where we're looking at things as a whole and trying to find one fixed right. And so we can really fight. If we're in this 4D place, Which a lot of you I'm guessing who are listening would be, We switch and there's no shame. Like I said, I'm coming from a place of neutrality in all things. There's no shame, There's no nothing. Who cares where we're at? But we're wanting to step more into neutrality for our own lightness, Our own freedom, Let's per se. So you're in that place of 4D, You're fighting with polarity, Like, Well, How can this be? How can, Well, If this is true, This can be that and this can be that. And really, Let's be honest, At this point in time, We're not going to get that one thing where we go, Aha, Well, That's it. Well, That's it in the 4D place. That's not going to happen. So that's why we really need to go into that 5D. We really need to be anchoring and holding these higher frequencies and this light consciousness within our body that is being projected onto the earth at this time. We really need to go into a space of neutrality because that is what's going to protect our energy. It's going to allow us to feel grounded. It's going to keep our nervous system in check. It's going to really allow us to shift onto these higher timelines and to move with the pace that the energy is moving. Because I don't know about you guys, But I feel like shit is going like, Maam, Maam, Maam, Maam. Stuff is moving so fast right now. It's kind of like, Whoa, I've never felt it like this before. So yeah, So we're in that place of neutrality, That 5D. It exists within the heart, The unity, The life as our activism, Embodying our activism. So making our own heaven and on earth, Embodying our values and really anchoring our light, Holding this as our truth, This neutrality, This understanding that everything is working together. We're having an experience, This oneness, This divine intelligence running through us. And it doesn't mean that we don't fight for what we believe in. I'll get into that in a moment, But it's just holding this frequency. And as I'm speaking, You can feel this, Right? This frequency is so expansive and it's mimicking the frequency of the divine intelligence within itself. Because if the divine intelligence went, Well, This person is bad, I'm not going to do this and this and this and this and this. Imagine how inexpensive that would be. It would be limited. The universe wouldn't be moving at a vibrationary place of a high consciousness, Flowing, Creating. It would be stuck. It would be dense. It would be limited. And that's the kind of physical reality we find out us as light beings, We find ourselves in in this body. So in order to deal with this 3D, 4D madness, As I was saying, Grounding this high consciousness that you are and using them to anchor so you can create your dreams, You can manifest faster like you would have done if you were in other planes, Other planets. You can radiate your light and your medicine. We really need to cultivate this neutrality. We need to cultivate it every single day within this density. We need to connect with the energy of the heart every day. That zero point, That space, That silence. We need to be filling up with that. Think of it, I just thought of like going to fill up your car at your petrol station. You need to be driving to the neutrality petrol station, Popping open your tank, Filling it up every day and keeping on going. That's how we're going to flow. That's how we're going to move through this ascension, This awakening at the moment. So we can't, It is actually impossible to categorize this world as good and bad or people as good and bad. And think of stereotyping. I mean, It's been done a lot with racism. You can say, Well, Certain people do this. I know in traveling, It's the fastest way to expand your consciousness because you understand that not everybody is the same. When you go to a different country, You realize people, We are all, We are one. We are all one. Yes, We're experiencing different situations and circumstances. I'm not taking away that some people have a harder circumstances than others, Not taking away from that at all. But we are really, We are one. We are all experiencing, We are all this divine consciousness having different experiences. So, Yes, And people do do violent, Terrible things, But we must understand our interconnection, The oneness, The different roles here on earth. We have different roles. We all have different roles and some people may have roles within the darkness. And if you get my drift, You know what I mean? So people who are maybe here and may not, Their actions don't seem based on human rights, But they're the polarity. We can see that they're showing us another perspective. Bad things happen. I hate to say this, But I think of all the bad things. If you listen to my initiation and the first episode on the podcast, All the terrible things that happened to me in my life, I think about that. But then I look at myself today and I go, Fuck, Excuse my language. But I'm like, Whoa, I would not have been able to see my light if I hadn't gone through those things. I wouldn't have been able to expand my consciousness and be at this place in my journey if I hadn't gone through those things. So understanding the different roles on earth that people are holding, It doesn't mean you have to love them and go buy them flowers and spend every day around them. I'm not saying that, But holding that place of neutrality, That unity consciousness. You know, And I think it was Buddha, Correct me if I'm wrong, That says, I'm not saying that. You know, You can only really, The true, I think it's something about being true to yourself and being able to experience suffering with an open heart, Seeing another suffering with an open heart. And I don't see that. I'm going to be honest with what I'm going through. A lot of people I've told them and they're just kind of like, Whoa, They just want to shut me down. And you know why that is? Because they are me. They have something in their life where they've gone through a grief and they don't know how to cope. They don't know how to hold this darkness. They don't know how to hold the emotion. People are like, Oh, You'll be right, It's all good, It's all good. They don't even want to talk about or explore this deeper layer of emotion with me. And I'm here, As you can tell, I'm here to go deep, Right? I'm all about the deepness. That's me in a nutshell. Like I want to go deep, Deep about these things. And I can hold that in another person because I've held it in myself. I've held myself at my lowest point in my darkness and my pain. I can hold my grief and know I am whole. I can hold my joy and I know I am whole because I know that tears and laughter, I had this when I did plant medicine, Laughter and crying are the same thing. But it's the mental association that we put to it. It's both just a release. So I can understand that and hold that. And that to me is that 5D consciousness. I feel my heart expanding as I'm speaking and saying that. So we need to realize that we are eternal beings. This is the truth. Energy never dies. One way that I can explain this, If you've ever been to a medium or a psychic, I went to one. I recently crossed over, Big part of my life like my mom. And my nan came through. And how are they connecting to once in a past if we just go and we're gone? And how are they relating stuff to us that only we would know? It's because we are all connected. The psychics are tapping into this field that we are connected to, Which is like the water. It's like the divine intelligence that runs through all of us that is this woven tapestry, Like a beautiful piece of, A beautiful blanket, All of us are threads woven together. They're tapping into this consciousness. They're understanding this idea of oneness and understanding. And so in order for us to tap into our multidimensionality, Our psychic abilities, Opening to these higher parts, These higher chakras, We need to come into the heart and have this neutrality and oneness. It is so integral. And this is the process that I'm at. I'm expanding my psychic abilities. I'm opening, I'm connecting into this thread that connects us all, That holds all this information regarding all of us because we are each other. This is a big one, Right? But yeah, We are each other. So all this love expanding, Changing and experiencing itself. Deep breath in, Exhaling. All this love expanding, Changing, Experiencing itself. And we must anchor in the heart. We must hold a place of neutrality and we must embody and take actions based on what we believe in. So I really want to say that just because I'm in my heart and I'm in a place of neutrality doesn't mean that I don't stand for what I believe in. It means that I don't go into that lower state of consciousness and I don't blame people. I know I have my consciousness is expanded. I understand that one is another. That's why I fight for human rights. That's why I fight for the right of mother earth because she is herself a conscious being like us. That's why I do these things and I hold this energy from a place of love and I know that I'm an eternal being and that I am a energy never dies. I am a soul. I'm a fractal of source light having an experience and I can see another's fear. I can see anger or I can see mistreatment of others as fear but I know that they're serving a purpose within the collective of this whole picture of life and of earth. And it becomes a bit of a game. Like life is a bit of a game in that sense and I'm not saying it takes away from your humor and emotions because we're all going to have it. We're going to slip into that 4D place. We're going to slip into that 3D place but it's our responsibility to come back to that neutrality. It's our responsibility. You're on this journey. You know that there's something in you that keeps wanting to evolve your consciousness to this point because we are here at this point to do that. It's this divine intelligence running through us wanting to keep expanding for this planet. We don't want to go back down the same ways that we've gone before and the trajectory that we were on, If we kept going down that way we all know in our hearts what's going to happen. The planet was being cooked. We weren't listening to each other, Understanding each other, Building each other up. People are suffering and have nothing. People have too much and in that addiction where they have too much and don't even feel whole. It was like it's this whole point. Shit goes down in life. You can look at your life but also look at the love and look at the peace that is already here. Gratitude is another really massive important thing. It changes my life. I do my gratitude every single night. If I don't do my gratitude I slip back into this 4D place. As I do my gratitude every night I see, I write one thing and then I see another thing and then another thing and then I fill up page to page. I'm like, Whoa, Whoa. It is this nurturing our mind. I just had this feeling of our mind is like beautiful flowers and we're watering them every day when we do our gratitude. Start your gratitude practice now. Start it now. Not only if you don't do it for now for accepting what you have, It's going to bring you more of what you feel that you're wanting to go to. I can already guarantee you that where you're at is exactly perfect. It's exactly where you need to be. You can't actually grasp the mental concept of how sometimes when we're in it we can't see how divine our life is at that time. Right now I'm in some shit and I can feel it in my energy but it points in my mind. I'm like, Whoa, What is going to happen? What am I going to do? What is going on? I can't see the divinity right now but I can assure you in five years time if I'm still on this earth plane and I look back, Even if I'm not on the earth plane, If I'm transitioned or whatever happens, I can look back and think, Wow, That was so divine and that relationship that I had with that person was so beautiful and divine and served me because it allowed me to experience myself in a different way. The most important thing, The work, The work, The work, The fun part, The work that we're needing to be doing at this time is loving and radically accepting ourselves. So a lot of people that are out in the world, They're not doing that. Everybody else is a problem. We all know people like this. It's their problem. That person did that to me. This person did this and they just keep repeating the same patterns and blaming the world for it but little do they know that everyone they meet is a mirror because everyone they meet is them experienced through a different ego or personality or consciousness and these things that they're experiencing and these beliefs are really stuff within them that they need to work through and they need to accept and just realize that they are whole. We are whole in this moment. Let's look at ourselves. Let's do this work. Let's fill ourselves up. Let's expand our consciousness. We are all one. This fight of good or bad is a fight of the light and the dark that we are battling within our own psyche. So take a little moment to let that sink in. This fight of the light and the dark is a representation, A mirror of the fight that we are all battling within our own psyche. We all have wounds, Me included. I'm not perfect. We have deep, Deep wounds and I'm not saying go. I found when you can get support, I'm obviously not bad mouthing support but going into detail and going and backshacking, Well, It's this person's fault that I'm like this. I've been down that road many a times and it's slowed down my process. So I'm just telling you now, Just accept it. Accept it and love it. Accept it and love it. Accept it and love it. Come back to that space of neutrality, That meditation, That unity consciousness. Accept it and love it. Accept it and love it. Everything that comes up, Accept it and love it. You know, Bad thoughts, You can fight them. What we resist, Persists. You can literally fight bad thoughts to the death. I've done that. It doesn't work. The mind loves that. Love it. Say I'm experiencing right now that I feel really worthless. I feel really bad. I feel really shit about myself. I feel really, I hate the way I'm like this but I love it. I'm going to love that. I'm going to love myself and it's easier said than done. But these practices, Yoga, Meditation, Coming into this zero point energy, YouTube, Looking up how to cultivate neutrality, Strengthening your heart chakra. I'm doing Kundalini yoga at the moment. Incredible godsend. Finding these things, Filling up, Going to that neutrality petrol station within the energetic field, Filling up every single day, Doing that work. That is the type of stuff that's going to shift you, Keeping expanding, Keeping you holding that light, Keeping you holding that 5D. And the more of us that hold this 5D, The more we can shift the trajectory or the timelines that this planet is going to go on during this crazy time. So understanding that, Holding that. And I just want to leave you with saying claim your darkness. Don't be afraid of it, Baby. Claim your darkness. Love it. Look into those parts of yourself. Claim your light. Love your light. Look into those parts of yourself. Like I said, Start meditating that zero point, That heart chakra healing and work, Breathing and maintaining neutrality, Impolarity, Breathing when you feel triggered, Breathing, Breathing, Triggering this neutrality that all is working together and co-creating that the other thing is you. Breathing, What is that triggering in you? Get support if you need it. Find a healer. I can't say this enough. I really didn't do this on my journey. Get the support. I don't ask for help and I'm working on that. I'm really in this time, I'm really vulnerable and I've been trying and it is not a sign of weakness, It's strength because you're asking for someone to mirror back your light. And that other person is just showing you, You even in your hardest points. So yes, Get that support, Be it a friend, A healer, Sound medicine, Whatever, Get that support and trust. Trust in love. It is all that is and you are love and you are everything and everything is you, My love. So taking deep breaths, Letting this sink in.
