Today I'm going to play you a little slow gentle calming piano piece for you to take a moment for yourself.

We all need to find time to slow down and be with ourselves alone to reflect on our day and simply breathe.

You can take a comfortable seat or lie down on your back now close your eyes and take a deep breath with me and breathe out.

Now let's do three more deep breaths breathing in one two three hold slowly breathe out three two one let's do two more times breathing in one two three hold slowly breathe out three two one one last time breathing in slowly one two three hold slowly breathe out three two now you can choose to just relax and not think about anything else in particular or you can think about the following three things.

What are you grateful for today?

What do you look forward to do next?

What can you do to take better care of yourself?

Now you can slowly open your eyes and take a deep breath in and breathe out.
