Are you ready to have an amazing day?
Let's just begin by lying here in bed and stretching out our body.
Starting with your toes,
Just wiggle your toes back and forth,
Curling them and uncurling them,
Bringing blood,
Bringing attention to your feet.
Begin by pointing your toes and then flexing your feet back,
Pointing them like a little ballerina and flexing them back,
Stretching the backs of your legs.
See if you can also now just gently roll the ankles.
Maybe you don't make full circles,
Just little half rolled circles.
Take a deep breath into your stomach and release.
Engage your legs by pointing the toes and flexing the feet,
Flexing the thighs,
Sending energy into your legs,
Squeezing your buttocks,
Letting yawns escape your mouth whenever they arise.
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze your legs,
Sending all of this blood and attention to this area.
Let's add some hand stretches now.
Make a tight,
Tight fist and release it,
Spreading your fingers wide apart,
Wide back,
Making the fist and releasing,
Jazz hands.
All making this fist and releasing will help bring new fluid into your hands.
We'll invite the body to start to awaken.
Begin to roll your wrists as well.
Note that any crinkling or crackling your wrist is doing is perfectly normal.
Maybe letting now an organic arm stretch happen for you.
Maybe your arms stretch up to the side or in front of you.
Release the arms so that the biceps,
The triceps,
Your whole arm just engages,
Letting those yawns escape,
Gently waking the body.
Using your hips now,
Move each one of your hip points up and then down,
Up and then down.
Each side of the hip is just wiggling back and forth.
You can't do this wrong.
Just wiggle your hips and your butt.
Pretend that you're Shakira in bed.
Taking a deep breath into the stomach and releasing.
Let's move your chest a little now.
Inhale and send your chest towards the sky.
Your shoulder blades meet in the back.
Collar bones spread apart from one another.
Then exhale,
Rounding your back,
Sending your shoulders upward.
So little mini cat cows in bed.
Again,
You can't do this wrong.
Just moving your shoulders,
Moving your chest.
Maybe you even shrug your shoulders towards your ears and then release them down.
Now that your body's a little more awake,
We're getting ready to hop out of bed.
Soon,
But not yet.
I know the day ahead of you will be brilliant and I know that you'll be so calm and at peace as you move through your day.
Let's just start by sitting up.
Just sitting up while still in bed.
When you're ready,
Give a big yawn.
Stretch from your feet to your toes.
Roll to one side and gently sit up.
Maybe taking and placing an extra pillow behind you for some support.
If you have a sun lamp or even a regular lamp,
I invite you now to turn those on and let the light do some magic for you.
We'll continue on to our affirmations to prepare for our day.
Cultivate some excitement.
So as I say these affirmations,
Repeat them after me.
I love waking up in the mornings.
It's my favorite part of the day to get up.
I feel vibrant and happy when I get up.
I know that my days are wonderful after I wake up calmly and sweetly.
I feel so much better taking this little bit of time to wake up for myself.
My life is great.
I enjoy my life.
I am ready for great things to happen to me.
I am excited for my life.
I am fulfilled in this moment.
I feel complete.
I feel whole.
It feels great to wake up in the morning and start my day.
It feels great to smile.
I love that my smile can easily change my perspective.
I am smiling right now.
My life is great.
I appreciate everything in it.
I am grateful for my life and for who I am.
I inhale gratitude and exhale tension.
I inhale happiness and exhale worries.
Thinking positive is a natural part of who I am.
I look at the positive side of everything in this world.
The universe is always conspiring in my favor.
Everything I want is coming to me so quickly.
The less I strive,
The easier it is to get what I want.
I attract amazing opportunities,
People,
And circumstances on a regular basis.
A sense of joy and happiness wraps my heart,
Mind,
And soul.
I am so excited and motivated to start my day.

With another big stretch of your arms over your head,
Slip your legs out of your bed and start your day.
