G'day beautiful soul.

Welcome to this third eye activation meditation.

Let's get straight to it.

Find yourself seated in a comfortable position.

You may alternatively lie down.

Just take a deep breath in through your nose,

As deep as you can.

Slowly exhale.

As you're breathing out,

You may gently close your eyes.

When you're fully exhaled,

Take a few deep breaths in and out to center yourself.

Notice the sensations of the breath and follow through with each inhale and exhale.

I'd like you to now set an intention to open up your third eye.

Do not overthink the intention,

Just something positive.

Once you've done so,

I'd like you to notice your body,

Any tension or discomfort,

And just acknowledge how your body feels.

And if you do feel any tension,

Gently relax that body part and let go of it.

Again,

Turn your attention out of your breath.

For the next minute,

I'd like you to inhale for five seconds,

Hold for five seconds,

Exhale for five seconds,

And hold for five seconds.

Give you a minute,

Just focus on this for now.

Well done.

Now,

I'd like you to visualize a third eye,

The point in between both your eyebrows.

Just see if you can acknowledge that space and focus on that space between your eyebrows.

Now I'd like you to imagine a purple light shining through your third eye,

Small little marble-like light of energy,

Glowing gently.

Right there,

That is your third eye.

I want you to focus on the warm energy that is now flowing in between your eyebrows on your forehead.

Focus on this spot,

Explore the sensations,

And as you visualize this bright little marble on your forehead and the sensations and positive energies that are accompanied with it,

I'd like you to now imagine the light of energy slowly expanding in size.

And as it does so,

Feel a sense of warmth and energy building between your eyebrows.

You may feel a tingling or even a pulsing sensation,

That is normal.

Just keep focusing on this sensation.

Allow your third eye to guide you inward.

Thoughts may arise and explore those thoughts,

Or while your focus is geared towards your third eye,

Explore the feelings and sensations that arise without any judgment.

Let your intuition guide you.

Notice how you feel,

How this moment of exploration is making you feel.

I want you to begin to integrate this experience into your awareness.

Just reflect on any insights that may have emerged.

It's a great moment and opportunity to acknowledge the connection between your conscious and unconscious mind.

For another few seconds,

Just focus again on your third eye,

On that little ball of purple light slowly expanding in size and warmth.

And you can feel the energy eclipsing you.

Now I'd like you to gently bring your focus back to your breath.

Return to the present moment.

Notice the sensations of each inhale and exhale.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest,

The expansion and contraction of your belly.

And slowly open your eyes,

Welcoming back your physical surroundings.

You may stretch a little,

Stand up.

I'd like you to gently touch your third eye with your finger.

I want you to say thank you.

May the insights you have gained from this meditation guide you further into your day.

And may the intuition you have cultivated propel you.
