Finding your comfortable seat and breathing.
Take a few deep breaths,

Drawing in calming and quieting energy and breathing out whatever wants to go.
Deeply embracing the life force energy with every breath.

In your mind's eye,
Imagine a figure eight of energy.
We're going to connect into the crown of our head and sort of that third eye spirit connected energy to see new possibilities ahead.
And then figure eight that energy down into the heart and feeling into your wisdom and essence of soul purpose and heart energy.
Allow the energy to flow back and forth in a figure eight going through your throat chakra and up to your third eye,
Connecting into spirit and then back down again.
Feeling your heart energy activated with that third eye energy,
Drawing that back and forth so that you can see the new possibilities ahead through your heart energy of purpose and embodiment.
And we'll take it up even higher and take that figure eight of energy up into the galactic center above and beyond,
Connecting to all spirit wisdom to your Akashic records,
To your spirit guides and the wisdom of above.
And then we'll figure eight that energy through our bodies,
Through our heart center and down,
Connecting to the center of the heart of Pachamama.
So now we're expanding out beyond just our own body and your heart is now the center of this massive figure eight of energy.
And you could bring your breath in and connect up feeling like you can see the stars and the galaxies all around you and back down through your heart and to the center of the earth,
Feeling the heartbeat of the divine mother.
And bringing that beat,
That earth rhythm back up into your own heart and just let this energy of expansion and possibility weave through you and back down to the earth heart and bring you new perspective and possibility.
And I want you to repeat this affirmation to yourself.
I trust the direction of my life to move in alignment with my divine destiny.
Tapping in above you to your divine destiny within your heart for that alignment and down to Pachamama for that trust.

So allowing that divine destiny and expansion above you,
Almost like you're floating into the cosmos and coming across a planet that you've never seen before,
Never even heard of.
Go ahead and let yourself drift there and land there.
Maybe you've got your own little space shuttle that lands on this new planet with infinite possibility.
And what does it look like?
What does it feel like to imagine a whole new world for yourself?
Thinking outside of what you've ever thought possible and letting it come to you with ease.
Seeing the visions of abundance,
Joy,
Love,
Laughter.
What is it that you would like a fresh perspective on in your life?
And what's a new belief or idea that might make that possible for you?
Breathing in that fresh air energy and on the wings of that fresh breath,
Allowing the ideas to enter you and filter down to your heart.
And if you did get an idea,
I'd like you to imagine it wrapped up in the wisdom of a divine seed that you can place into your heart.
And if nothing has come to you yet as a new idea,
Just imagine a seed of intention,
A seed of possibility being planted deep in your heart.
With the trust that you will be in communication with the divine and with those messages that come through in songs and in billboards and in voices of our beloveds.
That that seed might expand in your heart and help give you the strength and courage to step forward towards that new adventure.
So allow that energy to settle into you as every cell of your body vibrates with that energy of new possibility,
New beginnings.
And when you feel that energy reaching a peak,
Shake your body and allow it to expand outward.
Feel it beyond your body,
Feel it out into the room.
And like you are putting threads out to the universe to magnetize to you the information that you need that will help you.
You can trust that spirit will speak in the ways that it does to reach that seed in your heart for the next step of your journey to guide you forward.
And with that will ground back into our bodies in the present time and space of the here and now.
Calling all of your energy back into the present.
Feeling that reality of possibility within you.
