So now just allow yourself to settle down into a comfortable position where you feel able to let go completely in safety and comfort.
And then when you feel ready,
You can close your eyes and begin to focus on your breathing.
Practicing breathing gently and softly.

Just feel yourself letting go with every exhale now.
And really allow yourself to be here right now.
Enjoying this time of calm and relaxation.
Because nobody's wanting or needing anything from you right now.
There are no demands or expectations.
So you are free now to simply rest back and relax.
In comfort and safety.
You are absolutely allowed this time to simply be.
So just give yourself permission to really let go now.
As you begin to soften the muscles in your body.
Just breathing all traces of tension away.
With every out breath just feel yourself melting.
Melting into a beautiful state of peace and tranquility.
Experience those waves of relaxation flowing through your body.
From the top of your head down to the tips of your toes.
And it is comfort just melting away from you now.
As you find yourself drifting further now.

So just go to your safe place now.

As in a moment's time I shall count up from one to five.
And as I count up from one to five you can begin to come back to the room so that when I reach the number five you can open your eyes feeling wide awake and ready to continue with the rest of your day.
Feeling calm,

So beginning with one just begin to come back to the room now.
As two you begin to have an awareness of your physical body.
As three you bring some gentle movement into your body now.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
And four you can start to gently open your eyes now.
And then five you can open your eyes completely now.
Feeling wide awake and ready to continue with the rest of your day.
Feeling calm,
