Hi and welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Caroline and I have crafted this meditation for you with love to help you focus on embracing your inherent worth,

Affirming that you are enough,

Exactly as you are,

Whilst you relax and drift off into a peaceful,

Rejuvenating sleep.

Listening to this powerful guided meditation is a great way to reprogram your subconscious mind and you can use this practice regularly to help reinforce feelings of self-love,

Self-worth and acceptance,

Helping you navigate daily life with confidence and pace.

Now let this be your time,

A precious moment for self-reflection and inner peace.

As you settle into your space,

Feel free to softly close your eyes and together let's take a deep breath in through the nose,

Filling your lungs with air and then slowly exhale,

Releasing any tension that you might be holding.

Let's take one more breath,

Inhaling and slowly exhaling,

Relaxing a little deeper.

Now allow your breath to just be natural,

Without wanting to change or control it.

Then bring your awareness to the body,

Your beautiful,

Amazing body,

The temple of your spirit and see if you can notice any areas of tension or discomfort.

Now imagine that each breath is drawing in calmness and relaxation and as you exhale,

Allow the out-breath to wash away tension.

And now,

Starting from your toes,

Breathing in calmness,

Exhaling tension,

Moving up through your legs,

Your torso,

Your arms and up to your head.

Feel your body becoming more relaxed and at ease with each breath.

Now bring your awareness to your heart center and imagine a warm,

Gentle light glowing in your chest.

This light represents your inherent worth and truth that you are enough.

Let this light grow with each breath,

Filling you with a sense of peace and acceptance.

Feel this light growing larger and more expansive as you silently repeat,

I am enough.

I have always been enough.

Because you are,

Dear soul,

You are perfect.

You are enough,

Just as you are.

And you are on the perfect path,

Exactly where you need to be.

Just allow yourself to surrender into this moment.

And think about the things that make you uniquely you.

Your qualities,

Your quirks,

Your little idiosyncrasies and your experiences.

And all these things are not flaws,

But parts of your wonderful and complex self.

This is what makes you,

You.

You.

And you are perfect as you are.

You do not need to pretend to be somebody else.

And you do not need to change yourself in order to get love.

Because you are loved,

Dear soul.

And you always have been.

But you don't need to be any different than your true self.

Because you are perfect just as you are.

You are a miraculous,

Beautiful being.

That has been put on this planet for a reason.

Because you are part of the greater plan.

Because the universe always has a plan.

And as we dive a little deeper,

You release the need to compare yourself to others.

Because you accept yourself exactly as you are in this perfectly imperfect world.

You are a perfect state of being.

You are enough.

You are whole.

And you are loved.

And you know that comparing yourself to others is just wasted energy.

Now,

As you inhale,

Feel a deep sense of individuality and calmness.

And as you exhale,

You let go of the pressure of comparison.

Now,

Affirm to yourself,

My journey is my own.

I measure my worth by my own standards.

And I don't need to compare myself to anyone.

I celebrate my progress,

And I allow myself to feel pride and gratitude for how far I have come.

I celebrate my progress.

Every step is significant.

Because I am part of the universe.

And the universal intelligence runs through me.

Now,

As you sink deeper into a state of bliss,

Love,

And acceptance of yourself,

Allow your body to become really heavy now.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Feel how the mattress is keeping you safe and comfortable.

Your pillow is supporting your head in perfect harmony with your breath.

And allow yourself now to enter a beautiful state of dreams and deep,

Deep breaths.

Remember this all,

You are always enough.
