Good morning,
My angels and welcome to a new day full of possibility.
Today let's settle into a still posture.
Begin to soften your eyes and then allow them to blink closed.
Notice the weight of your body in the chair,
The bed,
The ground,
Wherever you are.
Feel your body grounding like you could leave an imprint of yourself when you stand up.
Now without changing anything,
Notice what your breath is doing.
How deep are they?
Are they in your ribs or are they in your belly?
And how long are they?
How fully are you filling up?
Notice where you're starting today.
Now we're going to take three deep breaths and I want you to think of deep,
Slow,
Full breaths.
Let's exhale together.
Inhale into your belly,
Your ribs,
Your chest,
And exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale into your belly,
Your ribs,
Your chest,
Exhale through your mouth.
One more time,
Inhale into your belly,
Into your ribs,
And into your chest,
And exhale through your mouth.
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm and notice for just a moment if anything has changed after you've allowed the breath to fill you up to capacity.
Now we're going to do a body scan and what I want you to focus on is the energy that you're feeling.
Which parts of your body feel locked up?
Which are vibrating with energy?
Let's start at our toes,
Our feet.
Moving up to your lower legs,
To your knees,
To your thighs.
And as you get to the top of your thighs and the bottom of your pelvis,
Notice can you feel a grounding energy when you focus your attention here?
Noticing your pelvic bowl,
Your hips.
Can you ignite your creative energy here?
Now up to your stomach and your waist,
Your lower back.
Can you connect to a self-affirming energy?
Focus your attention now on your ribs,
Up to your chest,
And around your back.
Can you feel an abundance of love when you rest your attention here?
Up past your shoulders,
To your throat and your neck.
Can you connect to an energy of universal truth?
And then noticing your whole face,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your mouth,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
Your forehead,
And then resting in the space between your eyebrows.
Can you trust your intuition?
And finally,
Up to the crown of your head and the space just above it,
Can you find connection with the universal power?
And then letting that go,
Let's take three deep,
Slow,
Long breaths on your own time,
And I'll breathe with you.
Now,
Looking back,
Which of these locations in your body did you feel the least energy?
And where did you feel the most vibrant energy?
Let's set an intention based on one of these locations.
You can choose a low energy spot if you want to ignite new power in yourself,
Or you can choose your high energy location if you want to hone and take advantage of this abundance.
Set an intention for this day,
A word or a short phrase in the present tense.
For example,
Down by your upper thighs and your lower pelvis,
I ground.
By your pelvic bowl,
I create.
By your belly and solar plexus,
I have a strong sense of self.
By your heart,
I love.
By your throat,
I speak the truth.
By your third eye,
I trust my intuition.
And by the crown of your head,
I am one with the universe.
Choose one of these or create your own affirmation.
And once you have it,
Take one last deep breath as you slowly,
Slowly blink your eyes open.
