Transcript

Begin settling into a comfortable lying down position.

Welcome to I Am Yoga Nidra.

Using this time,

This experience to connect with your essence,

Your divinity,

Simply by letting go completely.

Close your eyes and allow your attention to turn inward.

Letting go of all thoughts,

All various intentions.

Relax.

Be still and give yourself fully to a higher power as you relax,

Trust and let go.

In a moment we will chant a continuous Aum together.

And as you chant,

Let the sound come from deep in your belly.

And when you run out of breath,

Just take another full breath into sound again until asked to stop.

Let's begin.

Take a full breath in.

Aum,

Aum,

Aum.

OM Now allow the sound to fade back into its source of silence.

And allow the mind to melt and merge into that silent space.

Knowing a deep sense of contentment,

Peace,

A felt sense of devotion to your own divinity that is right in your heart.

Just feeling yourself descending down deeper and deeper into the stillness beneath the mind.

Releasing any struggle,

Any effort to make anything happen at all.

Simply feeling what is present without labels or comments.

So relaxed that you can feel yourself held in absolute stillness.

And in that stillness,

Allow the body to adjust to a comfortable position but do not fall asleep.

Throughout this entire period,

Remain relaxed and motionless while alert and conscious.

Stay in touch with my guidance,

With my voice at all times.

And if there's any disturbances,

Be it external or internal,

Allow it to draw you more deeply within.

In Yoga Nidra,

You enter the subconscious pranic field.

Let your mind melt and merge into the energy body and go beyond the boundaries of body and mind.

So make that conscious shift now from thinking and doing to feeling and being.

Do absolutely nothing from now on.

Simply relax.

Dropping into the deepest state of tranquility,

Stillness and peace as you rest attention in the third eye.

Here your consciousness is in direct communion with your energy body.

Now,

Rest attention on the breath.

Just becoming aware of your natural breath pattern without trying to control or change it.

Simply observe the natural movements of your breath.

You may find it to be fast or slow,

Deep or shallow.

Whatever is happening,

Simply relax and witness the breath.

Bring your attention to ride every breath in and every breath out.

And if any thoughts come into the mind,

Just let them go and bring attention back to the breath.

The belly rising as you inhale,

The belly falling as you exhale.

Now feel the breath is becoming very quiet,

Very still,

Almost non-existent.

And feel a profound sense of peace descending over the body and being.

Allowing the mind to let go into this peace.

Merging back into oneness.

Right now.

Breathing so deep into this silent space that all doing,

All struggle and effort simply stop.

Let go.

And now let go even more.

Now,

Following my guidance as we move to different parts of the body,

Let your attention rest on each body part as I name it without comment and without judgment.

Resting all of your attention now on all 10 toes.

Both ankles.

Both knees.

The pelvis.

Abdomen.

Chest.

Arms.

Throat.

Face.

The back of the head.

Shoulder blades.

Spine.

Buttocks.

Calves.

Heels.

The soles of the feet.

Feeling the whole body now from the top of the head to the tips of the toes.

The whole body.

Feeling the whole body contained in vast,

Spacious awareness.

The womb of existence.

In this womb of Divine Mother,

Your feet from restrictions of the mind and Divine energy awakens.

From this moment on,

Allow yourself to shift from effort to grace.

This is the nourishment of Divine energy.

Let the Spirit Force work for you,

Providing you with complete Divine protection and guidance.

Your powers beginning to manifest in your life,

Giving you a whole new level of vitality,

Strength and courage.

A new sense of freedom,

Fulfilment and joy filling your heart.

Faith in a complete sense of relief now that you have arrived.

Lifetimes of karma dropping away at this moment.

You are unburdened and free.

Feeling completely at peace with yourself and the world that surrounds you.

Feeling very safe and as protection.

Your body is luminous and radiant,

Emanating light from every pore of your skin,

Manifesting the fire of consciousness through your eyes.

Know that you can return here again and again.

Your channel is now open.

Feeling your whole body and every cell is vibrating at a whole new frequency,

Different from anything you have ever known before.

Feeling the energy field beginning to extend beyond your body,

Spreading everywhere.

This is a new dimension.

The dimension of being,

Not doing.

Because when you arrive,

There is nothing to be done.

Bring your attention to the centre between the eyebrows now and drop into the deepest level of relaxation.

Here there remains nothing to do,

Nothing to achieve.

You have entered the domain of grace,

Resting as the Divine Dance.

All that can never be done by your doing can happen only in this non-doing presence of your being.

Feel completely safe and comfortable as you hand yourself over to the power and protection of Divine Mother.

Feel it.

Experience it.

See it.

Dropping all fear,

All apprehension and anxiety about all that you want to change,

Control and manage.

Let go of all doing.

Replace it with trust and faith in the higher power within.

Allow her to move freely,

To nourish you,

Guide you.

And let your mind melt and merge into her presence as you enter the Sanctuary of Silence.

Seeing yourself as time transcendent presence right now.

Please come closer and please beg that you be dead here in a minute.

May there be no more캣 penalty.

In this domain of grace,

Your intentions and affirmations are actualized and fulfilled with effortless ease.

Allow yourself to receive the following affirmations non-mentally,

Effortlessly through your energy body.

I am liberated from all becoming and live in the power of being that I am.

I am a clear channel for the free flow of divine guidance.

I live in perpetual response to the calling of my divine destiny.

Let these affirmations sink into the altar of your heart,

Trusting that they are nourished by Divine Mother herself to blossom into manifestation.

At this sacred moment,

Your whole being has made a major paradigm shift.

Open your heart to the love and light that you are.

Now,

Feel the presence of Divine Mother surrounding you and blessing you,

And let go into her embrace,

Accepting her blessings and grace.

Embody it and spread it wherever you go.

Breathe.

Sensing the body resting on the floor,

The quality of the air as it touches the skin.

Gradually,

Allowing the Divine Dance to move your body,

As if waking from a deep and restful sleep.

Perhaps wiggling the fingers,

Perhaps wiggling the toes.

I am stretching in any way that feels appropriate to you in this moment,

As though gently caressed by Divine Mother herself.

You may bend the knees and draw them into your chest to gently rock sideways,

But take your time.

There's no hurry.

Eventually,

You can turn over onto your right side,

Curling into a fetal position.

Sensing and enjoying the safety,

The comfort and protection of the womb of existence,

Divine Mother herself.

Continue to stay deep in this deep inner experience.

And know that regardless of what you consciously recognize that has or has not changed,

Something deep within has shifted.

No sense if it's appropriate for you to come into a seated position or if there is an inspiration to remain lying down.

Wherever you find your body,

Become aware of how relaxed the body is.

Notice how soft the breath is.

And now be so still that you can listen deep within and feel how quiet and calm the heartbeat is.

Every beat of the heart,

A kiss from the Mother.

Be grateful.

And know that you can return into her embrace again and again.

And to celebrate her,

To celebrate you,

We will join in a single sound of Aum,

Breathing in fully.

Aum.

Jai Ma.

And Jai Bhagwan.

I bow to the Divine within you.
