I want to invite you to feel her energy weave through your whole body and being as your grounding core roots into the earth.

You're going to feel your grounding core go all the way down through every layer of the earth and plug into the center crystal and ball of Gaya's heart chakra.

There's this beautiful crystal and emerald energy that shoots up your grounding core,
