Fear of the future can paralyze us from moving forward. This guided meditation offers a calm, supportive space to gently release those fears and reconnect with a feeling of safety and trust. We call in our spirit guides and higher self to show us how to let go of the fear and what steps we should take next. This meditation is infused with Reiki energy to support relaxation and emotional release. You can return to this practice anytime fear about the future feels overwhelming or heavy. Welcome.

In this guided meditation,

We are going to look at the fears we have about the future,

Addressing any fears around uncertainty,

And whether we're on the right path and doing the right thing.

We will invite in our spirit guides and higher self to guide us to see why we're struggling and to invite in calm and peace.

This meditation is infused with Reiki to help you relax and release even more.

I invite you to get into a comfortable position,

Whatever works best for you.

As you enter into this comfortable space,

Turn your attention to your breath.

Notice how it flows.

Notice its rhythm.

Don't judge it.

Don't try to control it.

Simply be aware of its flow.

As you are watching your breath,

Allow your body to relax completely.

Begin to envision a white light of healing energy coming up from Mother Earth,

And entering your feet,

And beginning to move through your body.

As it does this,

It clears away any tension,

Any anxiety,

Anything blocking your ability to completely relax.

Let this light flow as it wants,

Knowing that it knows exactly what needs released and fully relaxed.

With this calm,

Invite your guides and higher self to join you.

And now call to mind the fear you've been facing about the future,

That you're struggling to release.

Knowing that as you bring this into your awareness,

Your guides and the Earth's energy are here to support you.

You are held.

You are protected.

Ask your guides to show you the best way for you to release this fear.

Ask your guides any clarifying questions you have about what they've presented to you.

Now imagine right in front of you,

A hot air balloon has appeared.

You're invited to place your fear in the basket of the balloon.

After you do so,

You step back,

And the hot air balloon begins to take off,

Carrying your fear with it.

You watch it till it is no longer in sight.

And you turn back to your guides and higher self,

And ask to be shown what the next best step is for you to move into the future.

Now ask your guides to show you what strengths you have to be able to carry this out.

Releasing all judgment of yourself.

Releasing the urge to judge what they are saying.

Allow yourself to fully embrace these strengths that were presented to you.

Now ask your guides for a moment of healing to clear anything else that is stopping you from moving forward on your path.

Ask your guides any remaining questions that you have for right now.

Thank your guides for all the information and healing they have presented you.

Now slowly start to bring your attention back to the space that you are in.

Begin moving your body,

Opening your eyes if they were closed,

And allowing yourself to re-acclimate back to the present moment,

Fully aware of exactly what you need to move forward.

When you're ready,

I encourage you to jot down exactly what your guides told you.

If you're still feeling resistance in any of that information,

Journal about what the resistance is and how you can release it.

Remembering you can always come back and redo the meditation any time you're feeling that fear is overwhelming.
