Take a deep inhale and a slow exhale.

Finally,
One more deep inhale and exhale,
Feeling that relaxation throughout your body.
Reflect on your experiences today,
The events that happened,
The conversations you had and the feelings and thoughts you had.
If you set a morning intention,
Did you day follow that intention?
Zoom out of your reflections and imagine you are witnessing these events.
No need to judge,
Just acknowledge what happened.
If you have any negative emotions or experiences,
Put your hand on your heart and say to yourself,
I accept myself as I am,
Flawed and human like everyone else.
It is important to be present in your reflection.
If you feel yourself getting sucked into the moments,
Gently zoom back out and witness,
Accept what happened.
Now,
Shift your focus on being grateful for today.
What are you grateful for today?
Are there successes to celebrate?
Are there failures to learn from?
Be grateful for your successes and be grateful for the opportunity to grow from your failures as well.
Think about all the people you may have interacted with today,
Whether you spoke on the phone,
In person or sent an email or text message.
Put your hands on your heart and wish them well.
Finally,
Wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a warm hug.
