Good morning.

You've made it to another day.

Take a moment to feel that.

You're here.

You've arrived in this new sunrise of possibility.

There is breath in your body,

Light in your being and a fresh beginning waiting for you.

Before you move,

Before you get up,

Allow yourself to just be soft,

Unhurried,

Slowly waking into life.

Take a deep,

Kind breath in and sigh it out of your mouth.

Let everything soften,

The night,

The dreams,

The edges of sleep.

Turn your awareness towards your heart.

Here you might feel the quiet pulse of life within you.

Whisper inwardly a simple intention,

A sankalpa for this day.

It could be something like,

I welcome this day with an open heart,

I move through today with ease and gratitude,

I am open to what life wishes to show me.

Let your intention be felt,

Not forced,

Like planting a seed in the soft morning soil.

Now bring your awareness to the body.

Still resting,

Still soft,

You don't need to move,

Just feel.

Bring your attention to your forehead,

Smooth and relaxed.

Feel around the eyes,

Relax the tiny muscles behind the eyes.

Bring your awareness to your cheeks,

The jaw,

Let them soften.

Move your awareness down through the neck and shoulders,

Inviting space and openness.

Sense into your arms and hands,

Noticing the tingling aliveness in your fingertips.

Feel the gentle rhythm of breath in your chest,

Your heart quietly waking,

Steady and strong.

Let awareness drift into your belly,

Soft and warm.

Each breath a wave that nourishes you from the inside.

Now your hips,

Legs,

All the way to your feet.

Feel the support beneath you.

Perhaps gently wiggle your toes,

A joyful reminder,

I am alive.

Think of something you feel grateful for this morning.

It could be small,

The warmth of your bed,

The sound of birds,

The quiet stillness before the day begins.

Let gratitude fill your chest and expand with every breath.

And now imagine your day ahead,

Not in detail,

Just as a soft field of possibility.

See yourself walking through it with calm,

Open energy.

You don't need to control anything.

Just meet each moment.

Begin to deepen your breath,

Maybe stretch your arms overhead.

Roll your shoulders,

Move your fingers and toes.

Feel your body waking,

Your energy rising as you open your eyes and carry your Sankalpa with you.

That quiet intention to welcome,

To open,

To live with ease.
